Sucks

Kmart is the worst place to shop. They have nothing and what they do have is over priced. The customer service is the worst too. Have one lane open and that person is always busy talking. Hate this store!

Horrible staff

Today I visited the Walmart in Aspen Hill Maryland my friend cut himself when he was in the store and when he asked the worker which I believe was a manager for a Band-Aid she got real nasty and rude and we felt very disrespected it was very unprofessional We try to apologize to the employee for the misunderstanding and she continued to be rude and disrespectful to us I will never come to this Kmart ever again and I will tell everybody that I know not to spend a dollar here either very unprofessional if you need to buy anything you're better off going to Walmart instead of dealing with these rude employees at Kmart!

Good merchandise

I shop at Kmart. Sometimes the dairy product are a good price. Kmart are getting competitive with their prices. The meat sometimes are a good price as well. Their clothing are OK, but needs some improvements.

POOR SERVICE

The stores are out of stock for most of what you want and need. The service and management are careless and terrible. Much of the merchandise is cheap and of poor quality. The stores lack cashiers. These are reasons why the stores are quiet and have very few shoppers and most stores are closing.

Yo, kmart is the $#*!ing $#*! man.
Everything I own is from Kmart, my clothes, my makeup, erything. I be hitting kmart up at 10pm because I'm sad, and when I leave I'm like a my little pony or colourful & happy.

But if you want good stuff, for a low price. Then Kmart is the place to go.

I've been ordering from Kmart for years. I always get the correct items, and they arrive quicker than expected. The only downside to ordering from Kmart is that they use UPS as their shipping company, at least for most items. I've had trouble with UPS over the years, but overall I've had a good experience with Kmart.

Worst delivery service ever

Bought a great product, thought I'll send it to mum, OMG the stories, the product was damaged, the product has been delivered, Ah no it hasn't, then reorder, 18 days for a friggin delivery. Seriously, who recruits the bozo's that work there, Just shop in store, don't buy online, they have no idea.

I placed an order 2 weeks agao and as of today has not been shipped out yet. Money was removed from my checking account the day it was ordered. kmart.com refuses to cancel shipment and refund me my money... when you call customer service you get transferred to the Carribean or Phillippines where no on speaks english...

You now I like that if you see an item advertised in flyers, TV, newspaper type ads, that I can ask for that price and if its the better value, they give it to me each time. Sometimes I have to ask but it works for me.

Totally Amazing
April 1, 2015

Bought Bone Kruncher for my 4 yr old son. We Love Him, he goes for over an hr after charging & we have trained him. Totally lived up to my expectation's! We are currently awaiting the Limited Edition Metallic Gold to arrive. I wil definetly be purchasing all of them. The only dissapointment is Kruncher was missing his bone.

I just got scammed by Kmart in Las Vegas, NV on E Sahara Ave. Bought a necklace for my husbands birthday 36 days ago. It was supposed to be Sterling Silver. He wore it for 30 days and it lost it's silver. Went to take it back as it was not silver and they said the UPC code we purchased is not the same as the necklace we are returning. I have witnesses who were there and verify the necklace purchased was the same as the one I am trying to return. They said the cameras could not verify the necklace. I am supposed to just take the loss and walk away. I wonder how many people get scammed by the jewelry departments at Kmart all over America.

Goodbye k-mart!

Tried to exchange a pair of 9.99 pair of slippers I received for christmas, I was told since I didn't have the receipt I couldn't even exchange them for another pair. Kiss my a$$ kmart! I have obtained the receipt and will be returning your product and go buy them somewhere else! I will never shop a Kmart again!

I had to deal with an employee and manager in toms river being very rude. I put an item on layaway. While the item was on sale, I asked for a price adjustment and they would not go v e it to me. They said my receipt was to old. I put the item on the 1st of the month and before my first payment was do, on the 9th, I ask for price adjustment. The manager of the toms river Nj store, Greg, was rude and did not follow the producers. Called hire up to the corporate office. They told me that whatever the manager said they have to follow it. Even if they were wrong. Corporate told me that the district manager will call to discuss this within 48 hours but, of course, never called. Horrible customer service. Greg the manager of the Toms River Nj was terrible and does not care about the customers. He knows he can say and do anything because nobody in that company that is hire up don't care.

Layaway is Fraud
December 24, 2015

You "layaway" your items online and when you get close to paying it off... the items are no longer available. So they take your money for items and sell them to others. Your refund in 14 days minus the $10 layaway fee... because you did not fully pay off an item that is no longer available. No gifts for my little ones. 12 items out of 19 canceled because no longer available after I paid the entire balance. I will receive my refund 6 days aftet Christmas.

It was terrible.

We went to kmart twice this week and came out of the store with nothing. The first time there was a shutdown through whole store. We were forced to leave and they missed out of our 80 dallors.The second time the lines were terribly long. When we got to the register the worker wouldn't give us our ten dallors off when we spent 30 dallors. I hate kmart.

Kmart is the place for many things, but for kids shoes is the best. They always have great deals online and at the store. I mostly buy shoes as BoGo (buy one regular price and get one half price) or sometimes %50 off each pair. Jackets and Hoodies are also good to buy there. Ohh, almost forgot, for back to school and Holidays they are also great. With refunds they have no problems. Also when you are in their email system, after your purchase you get your receipt with useful COUPONS! None of the unbuyable stuff, " the good stuff".

Yeah, it's not a high-end department store, but the selection of kitchen- and houseware is really good. The clothing is iffy, but the best of the clothing is also surprisingly well-made and you can't beat the prices.

Great product and great prices. But I don't like the swimwear from this store they wear and tear very easily, I also find that you can usually get better quality clothing from other brands such as Valleygirl, Supre and Cotton On Body for the same price, sometimes even better.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from the soutland store on 19. 2. 2020 and when I opened the box i found that the item was heavily soiled, dirt all on the outside on the internel filters (there was also evidence someone had vacuumed liquid on the filter) and all in the barrell. I came back to the store to return the item on 20. 2. 2020 at 12:37pm and was met with a very abrupt and rude manager. Because i had to catch a cab from home to southland and back again twice which is costly and i am disabled and on a walker so the 2 trips to the store is painful requiring me to take pain meds just to get there so as a result i asked if i can be reimbursed for my time, inconvenience, pain and trouble by having a $4.50 cleaning cloth for free or discounted and the manager cut me off ubruptly with a no and walked away. Im very disappointed and annoyed that kmart would receive the used vacuum back without checking it properly then sealing the box back up with tape, put it on the shelf and try and sell it again, and then to be faced with poor customer service when I return the item.
