Had some problems when downloading with screen frames staying in sync with music - but graphics are great
Have never had anything but good experiences with this site! We are an elementary school with limited funds so this works great for us!
Lousy! Your instructions for burning a DVD do not work on the Mac computer! I am still waiting for a response from several emails!

I love the user friendly site with great customer service and assistance. It would be nice to download faster but the quality is great.
I spent weeks trying to make a slideshow. I also wanted to add music to go along with the slideshow. I listen to those 4 songs more than a 100 times. Trust me it was probably more. Anyway, each time I listen the music start on a different slide and would start playing over again. I would then spend hours downloading that slide show to YouTube to see if I could match the length of music and take note on what slide it was on. After numerous tries, I thought I had it just right. However, when it came time to present the slideshow to a roomful of Kindergarten students, their parents and guests, teachers and community leaders, my 19 minute slideshow turned into 30 minutes and it still was finished. The song looped so much that I heard one guest say, "If I hear that song one more time I'm going to puke". Honestly, I felt the same way. It played so long that my screensaver started up and now my audience was watching my personal pictures instead of the slideshow. I quickly unplugged the computer and my audience never saw the end of the slideshow. The Kindergarten ceremony was then much longer and the students more figgity because the program was now longer than I expected. I felt extremely embarrassed and most of all I let down my students and their guest. Boy! I miss OneTrueMedia.com. :(

These kind of issues shouldn't occur anymore since last week we set in place a new feature that shows exactly where a song ends in a slideshow and it also shows how many times the song is looping in a slideshow. Please get in touch with me at veronica.gomez@kizoa.com so I can find a solution for you and the troubles you experienced. We're also sad that onetruemedia was shut down as it certainly one of the best online video applications. We'll strive and do our best to become one of the best video applications.
Program works great... my ONLY suggestion is I wish there was a way to put pictures that you upload in a folder and save for later.
Great video maker, however it jumbles the pictures up even though I upload them in order, so added countless hours to editing my video.

For the moment, we recommend as a tip to order your photos and videos as 01, 02, 03, etc. before you upload them to Kizoa because our platform currently operates using an alphanumeric system. Worked great for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I made several very details animations for the multimedia presentation and it was a hit.
Tutorials need improvement, being able to get ahold of a customer service rep is extremely hard, and there is no explanation for terms...

One of the best promo slideshows that I have made for our program. Kizoa is a very easy program to use.
Used the software to create a lot of slideshow videos and they performed exceptionally well. No issues and exporting was easy.

The site has been down more than up! It is not as easy as they proclaim it to produce DVD's. Quality is super but getting a DVD was impossible!

I yesterday night I made a beautifull video with my photos and singing a song but the video disapeard anhe d could never see none nor photos or video again

I have some great news! We actually just integrated a new feature regarding synchronising music to your slideshows that has just gone live this morning! You'll now see that on the music bar that appears underneath your slideshow when you add music to it, there are indicators that show you at which point in the slideshow the song is repeating so you now where it ends and on which slide you can add you next song. Give it a try and let me know what you think of it or if you have any suggestions for improvement :)
