I think that the site is very easy to use and has a good variety of transitions and music choices. I have one suggestion - could you have your presentations automatically save?
More templates would be added advantage to users. Collage maker has limited pics to make bigger choices of 15 to 18 photos. I am satisfied with the quality of your products
I use Kizoa for making slideshows for the school I work at. I find the program fairly simple to navigate, however I am having trouble with the music I have added.
Some songs are quiet and some are loud. Also the music I have added that is already available on Kizoa is glitching. I would love to be able to play my slideshow and not worry about the music!
Kizoa is pretty simple to use with a ton of options. Ive use it free before, but needed higher res, so i bought a subscription. I wish they ha some "one use" options for less.
I use it in school. It is a friendly video editor that can be used from beginners level to pros. The outcome is always impressive, thanks to the wide variety of filters, effects and animations.
I originally signed up to create a slideshow/movie with a huge stack of my husband's army photos. While I'm still scanning in our old print photos, I'm already quickly making nice slideshows to share with others, too! I mean, I use Adobe Premier for editing film and slideshows, but this is MUCH easier to use on a day-to-day basis. THANK YOU for creating such a wonderful product! And for your most EXCELLENT customer service when I've had questions, too. :)

Better documentation is needed for each section of the menu. Although eventually I could figure things out, there could have been a lot less 'trial and error' with better documentation.

I love the site for my slides but the thing that i dont like even you have the pictures in the order in your folder, once you put them on kizoa, they come randomely. You have to strugle again t6o have them in order.
I thought that once you purchased a membership ( and I did) that you would have more backgrounds, stickers and other items to work with to make you slideshow even better but that was not the case. Also for Tow days the site was having problems, I call and was told that there was nothing they could do and that I just had to wait. I tryed to upload it to facebook and couldn't although they say you can. After all of that the slideshow was emailed to you me four days after I needed it:-( the quality was good but if you would like to use for a special occasion you should have it done two weeks before.

Love love love this program! I've been using it for a week now, and I am sure there are so many things it is capable of doing I haven't found out yet. Easy to learn, fun to create!
I like the final product, but the videos are hard to cut because they glitch sometimes, and having to cut each video that is over 10 minutes into sections is a pain at times.
Easy to use - nice selection - good features to enhance pictures and videos. Great results - friends and family compliment on how professional the video looks.

Ofter finishing my moovie i found out that when trying to see it by link or downloading the moovie- all the TEXT is gone.
I purchesed a liftime Primume membership - acourding to the site you need to be a Premume member to recive the costumer service support- with no reply from their behalf for over a month now. :(
Uploading a simple You Tube with voice is a mission impossible. When I want to upload a You Tube, it will not take the complete lenght of the sound but online it will stop after some seconds. When I insert a sound of 3 minutes and 10 seconds, the sound on You Tube will stop after about 10 or 20 seconds! The lenght of each slide can not be changed manually but only by click click click pfff... and when you ahve a sound of 10 minutes, it is really a mission impossible. New graphics and templates are much too childish and not enough business.

About two weeks ago we introduced a feature that shows you exactly where your song ends on the slideshow and how many times it loops. Also, you can manually change the time of a slide by double-clicking on the slide and on the pop-up window in the bottom left you can choose how many seconds you want that slide to last. We are actually working on more templates and graphics for a realtor theme and maybe some more business-style presentations.
Used this program to create a montage for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. I saved $600 by doing it myself and it came out perfect! No complaints whatsoever!
Kizoa has always been a beautiful way to save memories for myself, friends and family. It is easy to create slideshows with so many extra effects making the show so professional.

I have been a long term PAID subscriber to Kizoa for SEVERAL YEARS with BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP ($299.00 PACKAGE)! Their services are entirely too expensive to lack functionality when needed! I have been trying to download a movie LITERALLY since 7:00 AM and it remains stuck at 99% (as of 5:56 pm). I received an email indicating a download error therefore I restarted it and I am still having the same problem. I have called their customer service line numerous times today and there is consistently no answer! I was depending on Kizoa to meet my needs for a work project that was due this morning! I am beyond upset and I need to know how to request a refund from what looks to be a "Lifetime" of a useless time consuming product! I posted this comment on their facebook page and it has been deleted numerous times within an hour and I still have not received a reply!
If they have gone out of business or if their site is down, SOMEONE should have enough courtesy and respect for their paying customers to let them know before over 12 HOURS are spent customizing movie slides! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!
Do not waste your money on a service they clearly cannot provide! There are multiple comments on their FB page from other customers (although, they are not as vocal as I have been) they have clearly had this same problem.
I had MAJOR issues with posting my slideshow to FB. I had worked on this show for my daughter's 50th birthday for the last 5 weeks! Lots of hours. But fun!
When I tried to post to FB, they wouldn't allow due to "copyright issues". I was using songs I had downloaded from the Web. It was devastating I couldn't post, since most people I was sending the show to use FB.
I called Kizoa, and "Veronica" answered. She spent a good amount of time listening to my questions, and assisting me with all the right answers. She showed me the "BLOG" icon, how to cut and paste the link of my slideshow directly into FB. IT WORKED! She get's an A+!

Answer: Hi Pushpa, it sounds like you may need to link your Facebook account to your Kizoa account by going to the "My Images" tab of Kizoa and hitting the blue and white "Connect" button in the lower right corner, in the blue Facebook space. You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!
