We are incredibly stressed and burned out of calling this company, who is keeping the money of our four people Family flights (a total of 16 flights) and taking advantage in a time where the world is suffering instead of helping clients in a time like this. We've called a number of times and first they would not answer because the lines were full. In their website they said we could contact the airlines so we did. But the airlines told us they must've canceled our flights because they couldn't even see us in their system. And they said kiwi is most likely doing this so that they get the money back themselves. We called kiwi back to get the ticket number so that the airlines can either postpone our trip or reimburse us (because the airlines are aware of the situation we are living with the Corona virus and trying to help). But kiwi told us they cannot give that information. They can only receive money from us AGAIN to see if they can get a reimburse from the airlines. They are a total scam! And how can they take advantage of their clients like this in a time of suffering and struggles in the world? We had never booked with this company and will never do again. The people we talked with on the phone that work for them could say nothing else than "I'm so sorry but we can't do anything else"? They funny thing is that they keep sending us emails as if our flights have not been cancel and acting up as if we could fly thou it's obvious it's not possible for many weeks! This company is very dishonest! I can't believe you here is people like this taking advantage of others in a time of crises. But unfortunately this is the case with Kiwi. Also, they they never acknowledged to us when flights were being denied into and/or out of countries.
Whomever receives this review from kiwi, know that this has added lots of stress to our family and the fact that you haven't been able to be of help unless we pay you more money is completely a case of taking advantage of crises rather than being a trustworthy company.
Worst company to book your travel with
I booked our trip through kiwi.com and paid £180 for extra carry on baggage for both of us. Upon our return, the flight operator told us at the airport that our tickets does not have any baggage allowance. And there we were standing with 2 bags to be checked in. It was quite embarrassing and I had no choice but to buy additional baggage. I paid for 20kg baggage for both of us (10kg per person) so our luggage can travel with us. I notified kiwi.com right on the spot but they are completely denying it and iteratively telling me that their system is showing that they successfully booked the baggage allowance and I had to pay because my bags were not the right size or weight. Mind you I travelled outbound with the same bags.
I have sent them photos of both cabin bags, our tickets with Turkish Airlines showing no baggage allowance but they are denying it completely and just repeating the same script that my baggage was 20kg when I have explained them again and again that its 2 persons 2 bags, 10kg each and I had to pay for all weight not just extra weight. If their claim of baggage allowance is correct than I should have had to pay for extra 2kg per person as 8kg should be in the allowance thay we paid extra to thus scam of a company.
All in all they are a pathetic company who would not accept any liability if anything goes wrong. They have ruined our trip and have left me £200 out of pocket, not to mention the stress and embarrassment we faced at the airport.
Please stay very clear from this company. Pay a bit extra for quality, otherwise its going to cost you extra for the mediocrity from these people.
We lost 800 euros for canceled flight, never had an explanation and almost 2 years after we got an apology messege! It is a fraud! Be carefull!
Kiwi.com is without a doubt the worst travel agent that we have ever used to book a flight. We had ourselves drawn to the low prices, but we found out through tough learning why the prices are as low as they are.
Kiwi has abominable bad customer support, no matter what kind of ticket you book. We booked the cheapest version, the saver ticket, but later on we choose a higher rank of customer support in getting our refund and we experienced no difference whatsoever.
Kiwi informed us that the second flight in our itinerary was scheduled for earlier departure than intended, therefore the whole flight scheme could not be carried out. On this, we requested our money back with 'assisted refund' (an of course, they charge you for this too). Later on, they informed us that also our second booking got canceled by the airline. We also requested a refund in this matter (and again paid the fee for assisted refund). Both 'assisted refunds' where promised to be paid back to us within six weeks. This has now been FOUR MONTHS and we have not seen one penny of our money back. The total of bookings cost us well over 1500 euro (excluding fees). We are not able to call Kiwi, since they only take phonecalls from flights leaving in the next 3 days. This leaves us with e-mail communication that is not answered for least weeks (if even answered at all).
Kiwi has the worst customer support ever, does not follow european and international law concerning passenger rights and tries to take money from you wherever they can. I wouldn't advice anyone to use this travel agent. If left with no other option, you are better off not going at all.
DO NOT BOOK From THIS COMPANY! My sister and her friends booked a flight to Philippines on Feb3. They advertised it as a direct flight from Osaka-Ph with a hidden city hack. After finalizing the booking they disclosed the hidden city which is Jakarta(which later on feb4 required a visa). You dont need to obtain a visa if you're not flying straight to Jakarta.
Upon arrival at the airport my sister and her friends and a 5year old kid was not allowed to board the flight. The airport agent informed them that there ticket is going to Jakarta(which is a cheaper flight). They were stuck at the airport 2days and spent a night there with a 5year old kid. The helpdesk is non existent.

They dont want the airlines to know they bought a cheaper flight for customers who's getting off the layover which is their final destination and paid a direct flight from their website. I was able to get through their US hotline whos also very unhelpful. The representative was just reading their company refund policy! Over and Over. They're not liable for visa requirements. THEY DO NOT NEED A VISA! Because they paid a direct flight to PH not Jakarta... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Airlines should not be allowing this site to booked anything from them.
Don't book with KIWI.com. I miss my flight because of wrong booking and I lost my money worth of $1,000 CAD.

Kiwi is a scammer I don't recommended anyone to purchase a ticket from them very poor customer service I purchased a ticket from them arriving in France on my way back the sent me a message the couldn't book me to go to the airline arrived to airline they said they can't do anything to call kiwi they don't like to deal with kiwi because they always have problems with them not to take care of their customers I have to take taxi back because I don't have long distance I was in Toulouse take my cousin phone to call them couldn't reach no one then I end up chatting with them they told me to buy an other ticket and sent them the bills later to get full refund I took a taxi again back to the airport spend € 208 purchase ticket paid for luggage again at the airport to Paris then finally arrived in USA the denied the refund until now I am finding with my bank it's took me a little longer to get the screenshot from my cousin in France please anyone want a ticket read peoples reviews before purchasing from this company otherwise you will be stuck in between I really did suffer that day I kept all screenshot as prove I will never use them again or refer them to anyone

Biggest regret of my life!
I recently flew from Ireland to Greece and back with KIWI. I have ever encountered such bad service and an unwillingness to solve problems that occurred along the way. The following are a list of the mistakes that KIWI enlightened us with (or in most cases didn't let us know at all):
1.20K luggage paid for but was not included when we went to check in on the way over.
2. A day before we were due to return ONE of us got a phone call. They rescheduled our flights to come back a day late, and instead of two flights we had to take three! The lay over for the last being 11 hours. On top of this they said that we would have to pay an extra 90 each, although it as their mistake and we had already paid for our flights? We agreed and ensured that the luggage was paid for the way back.
3. Shocker - the luggage wasn't booked in and we had to pay extra again.
4. For our last flight back to Dubin, KIWI put the wrong time of the flight on our e ticket. Good thing we checked at the airport.
5. We were on the phone a few times to KIWI during these mishaps and they didn't resolve a thing. Instead they put us on hold for half an hour and came back and said there was an error! We still had to pay extra regardless...
We ended up paying an extra 150 on top of everything and spending a night sleeping in an airport - what should have taken 5/6 hours, actually was 30 hours. But no refund from them will be given apparently. On top of that we ended up missing the last day of our holidays.
As you can tell they were nothing but a big inconvenience. I've never experienced such hassle while traveling. I guess I'll know better next time.

I've been traveling for 20+ years and I understand that sometimes flights get cancelled, airlines overbook their flights, and things can get complicated when traveling. But it is how the companies treat their clients what makes the difference in how you react to the inconvenience they caused you.
I booked with Kiwi.com from STL to Buenos Aires. I had to pick up my luggage, go through immigrations and do the check in for each connecting flight. But I knew that before buying my flight with them and it was my choice to do it so I do not hold that against them.
The problem started after my 3rd connection when I arrived in Santiago (Chile) at 2pm only to find out that my 6pm flight didn't exist and that it left at 10am. Kiwi.com said they would take full responsibility but thats when the nightmare started. After waiting for a while to talk to a representative they booked me through Hotels.com in an apartment with no receptionist (had to contact the owner myself to coordinate for the key), sent me to the wrong apartment (even after I spent 3 hours trying to tell them that the owner of the apartment said that Hotels.com had the wrong adderss) and on top of all this the money that they refunded me for transport and food didn't cover even half of what I had to spend because they sent me to the wrong apartment.
Me and my boyfriend had extremely unpleasant experince with Kiwi and this will be our last time travelling with them.
We had intercontinental flight followed by 3 flights. The airlines we used were Wizzair, Wow Airlines and Adria Airlines.
They never sent us the boarding pass for one of the Wizzair flights so we were charged for late check in. We couldnt fix the problem bc we didnt even made an account with the airline so we couldnt do it ourselves (it should've been done by Kiwi and we got email that they will send 24 hrs before flight - they didn't).
On our way back, two of our intercontinental flights with Adria were canceled (The Adria agent said that that flight is cancelled for the entire month) and nobody bothered to tell us even though we had 2 more flights after... thankfully the Adria staff understood our situation so they switched our airline last minute so we can get to the point to catch our next flights! We also still ended up paying for baggage fee again bc apparantly KIWI has a problem with the system and our baggage fee was taken but we were told that will be refunded if we provide the new receipt. Funny thing is, that was the only email we got from them and we had all these problems with canceled flghts and not sent boarding passes. These things are the last thing you want to happen to you during 24 hours travelling.

Terrible experience - Kiwi booked for 4 of us from Hyderabad to Danang with 3 PNRs - Hyd to BLR, BLR to Bangkok, Bangkok to Danang. I could not do thru check-in. A lot of issues in Bangkok airport for us. While coming back from Siem Reap Cambodia to Hyderabad - same story - 3 PNRs - 2 PNRs for 4 passengers from Siem Reap to Kaula Lum Poor (KL), then from KL to HYD. Again, we had issues at KL to step out, collect bags then re-checkin. I should have checked this before buying thru this website. Will never recommend this website to anyone. Avoid KIWI.com - it is a con operation. I would rather pay a little bit more to have one PNR for a thru checkin.

I am writing to you because I want to ask for a reimbursement of my ticket and other expenses.
-As you can follow my case from the many phone conversations we had I will write down here all the points that I am complaining about your service.
1- You informed me 2:33 hours before the flight that my original flight to Oslo had changed.
I could not see the email on time cause I was traveling on the airport and did not have internet connections on my phone.
Anyway I was on time for the original flight to Oslo which was at 7:45.
2-I has to call so many times to you to arrange another flight to go to the final destination to Tirana. Which was not a pleasing experience for me. Rather disturbing considering your slow and delayed response.
3-I had to go in the same day to Albania because I was risking to get a fine or a punishement of not being allowed to enter in Europe for many years since my legal days of staying in Eu where expering on the same day. I informed you that I need to go as soon as possible in Albania.
You would be causing me serious legal problems that would affect my future life.
4-After many hours and credits spend on calling in London you arranged me a flight.
5-When I was going to get the plane around 40 minutes before the flight they informed that the flight would be delayed almost one hour.
6-In that case I would not make it to go to the other connecting flight to Budapest.
7-Me and my friends where calling Kiwi and Norwegian services to ask about this second problem.
8- When I informed kiwi that the flight is delayed and I will miss the connecting flight they never told me that I was supposed to take the flight to Budapest because that would be the way to refound me.So I informed on time Kiwi services and they did not tell me what to
Do. I just waited on the phone and the plane left while I was waiting for the service guys to came up with a solution.
9- I waited at the airport for all the day from 7-19:00
10-You did not helped me and I had to spend my night in a hotel.
11-I had to find another flight by myself the other early morning.

Purchased some return tickets through kiwi.com, however when I paid for the tickets I realised the return date was one month later than I requested; for some reason the date changed without my knowledge, I tried to contact kiwi.com immediately but there was no email address and the phone number did not work. So, I followed the instruction on my booking and went through manage my booking to request an exchange or change of date but the only icon to click on was cancellation/refund.
Immediately, rang Eurowings who the flight was with, they could not find my booking for about 4 weeks. (I had to book different return dates with Eurowings) then finally, the booking was made and cancelled by kiwi.com. Eurowings stated that the company was waiting for kiwi to tell them what to do with the money. Time elapsed and I am not sure what took place because euro wings told me I need to contact kiwi.com and not them.
Rang Barclaycard immediately, who told me they would suspend the transaction, so not to worry however; Barclaycard paid kiwi...
As the booking was still in process, I continued to send numerous messages through manage my booking stating my issue. Kiwi replied stating they are dealing with my request, then 16 days later to refund me £53.00 out of a total of £1731. 00. Sent more messages but the same automated email was sent back to me that I could only get back £53 with no explanation.
Finally, I found a blog that had Kiwi's number, I rang them up and the customer service advisor who refused to give her name told me that I clicked on a tuckbox to say, "refund me whatever the amount is after cancellation." ridiculous!
I paid £1731 for tickets for nothing!

The flight was canceled but Kiwi.com did not inform me. Therefore I stranded at the airport. Nobody could help me. It was horrible.
This by far they worst Booking company in they world, please be aware of these are Indian scammers, they legally Rob people, if You cancel a flight they Will never refound You anything, they Will always win and You Will loose, they Say that they can offer refound but that is not true, they Will never refound You any money at all. Please avoid this company at all costo, Even thought they provide cheap flight it is not worth it, it is vary easy to miss a flight when they are múltiple layovers, i feel sorry for You if You choose this company. You are better off paying more to another company that at least can give You a more decent costumer services, or perchasing a flight thought an airline directly that at least can give youchance of recieving a refound. This company is awful, the service is awful, think twice about using them. Booked family vacation along with hotel car rentals tours a few days prior canceled. The Internal Revenue Service has better help then these folks. They tell you the might get you some of your money back in 90 days. So you pay thousands for your ticket and they might get you a few hundred if your LUCKY modern day theives. I paid for a product I did not get the product through no fault of my own and they want to KEEP AS MUCH OF YOUR MONEY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.
