THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I accidentally cancelled my flight and called them right away to undo the cancellation. The result? LOST ALL MY MONEY. They did nothing. Stay away!
Kiwi canceled our booking one week after the charged the money from our account! All was booked! The worst agency i ever worked with! RUN AWAY AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
I bought two tickets from KIWI.COM in April 2020, but both are cancelled due to the COVID-19 and flights were cancelled, it is already 29th Nov 2020, I do not receive my refund!
Do not even attempt to use their service. They are thieves. I suspect they are thieves from India because they can not speak english properly. DO NO TRY, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

They issued me a ticket clearly mentioning two 20 KG (81X119X119) checked bag and two onboard personal item 10KG (20X25X40) still at the gate airline charged me more than GBP90 for two less than 10 KG personal item. Airline refused to issue me any receipt. Though payment was done using my credit card. I will never book ticket through KIWI and will never fly with Ryan air in future. I had booked with Kiwi for a flight from Melbourne to Calgary (with 2 stops) and the day before my departure I was told that my first flight had been delayed by 14hrs meaning there was not enough time to catch my connecting flight. I was presented with alternate flights, all of which also had me arriving with insufficient time to catch my connecting flight. So I called customer service, they were awful, they yelled at me telling me 'you have been given options, choose one' (all options involved me paying more money) when I tried to explain that none of the options allowed me to catch my connecting flight, they continued to talk over me and yell at me saying you are welcome to cancel your flights. I ended up cancelling (with no promise or guarantee of a refund) and purchasing a whole new flight at a huge cost. When I tried to get the $200 back that I had paid for additional baggage (which I didn't use because I didn't fly) they refused telling me that there was no refund on additional services. When I tried to escalate this to a supervisor or a governing body, they advised me there was none and that I wouldn't get a refund no matter what I did as this is their policy. THEY ARE CROOKS. Plain and simple, unhelpful, rude, crooks that hide behind their policies to take your money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM EVER!

Kiwi did not give enough time between flights and did not hold up to their guarantee. Now I am out hundreds of dollares.
They offer no refund and treat you like $#*!. There are no refunds even if u had a flex ticket and canceled early
In 2019 after being unable to book Christmas flights with our usual airline I looked on Sky Scanner and was directed to Kiwi.com. On the 7th November 2019 I booked flights to Boston USA in the evening and in the morning when I checked the E tickets my middle name was listed as my husbands middle name, so were unusable. I immediately contacted Kiwi.com expecting them to make the change, but the only answers I could get from them were "My team are working on it" and one operator on their site said "They haven´t done that again?" Eventually they said it would cost an extra 10 Euros to change, and a couple of days later they demanded 90 Euros, giving me just 24 hrs. To pay. The flights had already cost nearly two thousand pounds. I was with an elderly friend in hospital and so when I got to see the demand the 24 hrs had passed, so I contacted my credit card Barclaycard and they rode in like "super heroes" saying they would make a chargeback and stop my credit card. This is where things get a little suspicious. For 5 weeks I heard nothing and Barclaycard supplied me with a new credit card. As there was only 2 weeks left till Christmas and Barclays didn´t appear to have solved things I asked that as they were making a chargeback if I was safe to book new flights. They agreed that it was OK so I went ahead and booked with Lufthansa. Leaving Barclaycard to make a chargeback. (Which incidentally never happened). But that´s another story. The fact is that because Kiwi.com scammed me they left me with a debt of over 2,000 pounds and my credit rating destroyed. I am still fighting for my rights till this day. PS. Don´t trust your credit card to protect you from these scammers.
They new i was about to miss a flight and pushed me to buy last flight of the day to avoid staying in a foreign country over night

They show false details on the company website and bring customers and contacting them they deny to help and say it is too late.
They don't give refund for cancelling your flight and don't help to change your ticket dates.Not fair policy and very unhappy booking with them
Do yourself a favor, and stay away from purchasing anything from this company, I've never felt so helpless and ripped off in my life, after dealing with these people.
I purchased two tickets for me and my wife to go to Italy on December 20th, 2018, back in September, 2018. Unfortunately, the airport in London (which was where our first stop was) got closed for 3 days, due to drones flying over the airport, this is where the nightmare started with kiwi.com.
After spending nearly 24 hours on the phone between "call backs" that never took place from kiwi and holding times, I had to book another flight to Paris with the same airline, so we could fly on December 24th, then from Paris to Venice, which was our final destination. At this point, and after 24 hours of excuses from kiwi's representatives, we had to find our own flights and were promised IN WRITING by kiwi, that we would get refunded up to 427 euros for the new tickets. The airline that flew us to Paris was able to change the ticked at no cost, but we had to purchase new tickets from Paris to Venice, which amounted to 288 euros. Even tough we were promised to get reimbursed up to 427 euros for new tickets, we only got reimbursed the equivalent to 67 dollars towards this amount. We submitted a claim before departing, and after we came back from our trip Kiwi is still giving us the run around, not wanting to take responsibility for the tickets that we had to purchased separately, which are within the 427 euros that we were promised.
I regret deeply to have had this company arrange the flights for us. They will not stand behind their word and will surely rip you off by giving you the run around until you finally quit and let it go.

Booking number *******. After filing a complaint and long correspondence, the Kiwi.com service admitted its mistake, but decided to return only a third of my expenses! And I'm not sure that even this money will be returned!
My story:
06.01.2023 I returned to London with three children in complete despair. Previously bought 4 tickets on Kiwi.com, flight Krakow-London, departure 05.01.23. The day before departure, I received boarding passes from Kiwi.
I am from Ukraine. As you know, there is a terrible war going on there now and planes from the country don`t fly, so we left by bus from Ukraine to Poland the day before departur 04/01/2023.
We got to the Krakow airport at lunchtime on 05/01/2023. The flight was supposed to be in the evening.! What a disappointment it was to find out at the airport that the plane had already left an hour ago! The Kiwi.com service made a gross mistake in the boarding passes. Wrong departure time!
I had to buy tickets for the next flight for 780 Euro and spend the night at the airport with three children. We left on a connecting flight early the next morning. In total, we traveled from Ukraine to London for three days.
It is unacceptable for the service to make such a mistake! Of course, I filed a complaint and after long correspondence received a decision on compensation of only 242 euros (this is only a third of the cost of new tickets). On February 21,2023, I received a message from Kiwi in the mail that the money had been sent. Today, 05/03/2023, I called the bank, I still have no money. I have read a lot of bad reviews about Kiwi.com and I already doubt they will refund this money.
I am going to appeal the decision of the service and contact the UKICC organization. Maybe someone has a similar experience and you can tell me how to proceed.

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
