The airline changed by flight two days after my intended departure. I contacted the airline and they said they will be refunding all of my money, then Kiwi asks me for proof of this, so I sent them a screenshot of the email. They said they will be only refunding me 10EUR! So basically the airline is going to refund them all the money and Kiwi is only giving me back 10! I did all the work trying to get this money and they are still going to just give me back 10. The biggest thieves! They don't care about their customers. Only care about their profits.
Kiwi is a terrible company they refuse to give me a refund for my flights i paid for 4 flights for July 2nd the flight was cancelled the airline agreed to refund me the cost of the tickets however kiwi are refusing to request a refund from the airline and the airline have said the refund must be requested by kiwi.
After the flights was cancelled when i call kiwi it requests my customer number when i input my customer number it disconnects the call.

Kiwi failed to follow up with airlines whatsoever and we could not fly over the Christmas and New Years Holiday. We had to rebook another flight and had to eat thousands of dollars because of it. Kiwi tried blaming us even though the airlines said they didn't receive certain requests that Kiwi had to make before we could fly! DO NOT USE KIWI FOR ANYTHING. Horrible company. Worst experience of my life. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Absolutely dumbfounded at their negligence and lack of professionalism. I will be filing official complaints against them with Department of Consumer Protection.
One of my flights was canceled one of my flights 2 hours before takeoff and I missed my connection. All rebooking options were for the next day and would have costed my credit + more than booking a new flight elsewhere. When canceling they gave no refunds and they pawned all the responsibility to the airline's and the airline's say they are responsible. Do yourself a favour and book directly with the airline's as you could pay triple the amount!
As an update, on contacting them yet again, I was informed that my final refund had been received and was being processed. THREE MONTHS later after more emails and messages I received the final refund minus the £350 booking fees they kept. Also I am unable to claim the airline refund on the vouchers as they were booked with a Kiwi email and reference which I can't obtain from them. I would rather lose the money than put more money in Kiwi bank account.
In January 2020 I booked a two resort holiday using Kiwi.com for the multiple flights (7 through 5 different airlines). Before the pandemic really hit, one flight was cancelled and an alternative (at extra cost) was booked. In total I paid nearly £1,000 for flights. Then the world went crazy and the holiday was cancelled. I requested their no fee refund assistance and understood that it may take some time. I received vouchers from one airline almost immediately as these are of no monetary value to Kiwi.com A year later I am still contacting Kiwi in an attempt to get refunds, They refuse to pass on any information on what has been refunded and by which airline and refuse to pass on booking references so you cannot contact the airline direct. This company should be avoided at all costs
Purchased a ticket through Kiwi and canceled within 24 hours because the flights did not allow luggage and it could not be purchased. The US Department of Transportation has a 24 hour rule that requires tickets be refunded in canceled within 24 hours. It's the law. On a $600 ticket Kiwi only wanted to refund $100 and this is after they said "Every airline has a unique refund policy, so we need to contact them about your application. We'll let you know as soon as we have an answer." So even though the law is clear Kiwi will shaft you and force you to pursue the matter in court. DO NOT BOOK WITH KIWI.

Had Flights booked with kiwi paid almost £4,000 for it to be cancelled last minute. Called to tell them day before when I tried checking in with Turkish airlines. A message popped up saying "You cannot sign in using the reservation code (PNR) as your reservation which is still awaiting payment has not been made through our online services. Please contact our call centre or sales office". Called Turkish airlines and provided security info. Told them about the dispute with the refund. They said that on the booking information it shows that it has been refunded to the agency so I should contact the agency about the refund. I also bought flight tickets and decided to go to istanbul instead. The flight I booked was the same one as the original. The flight that kiwi said was cancelled due to strikes then due to covid and then due to rate changes?

Do not book through them, only book through the airline. If the airline cancels they will not refund you. It is nothing more than common thievery. They will tell you you have to go talk to the airline who they have booked the tickets under a different name. They were not even able to provide a full refund of the cancelled flight much less a connection on the same airline. Never use them unless you want to be defrauded.
I ordered a flight with connection through them. The first flight got delayed, so they cancelled both flights (because there wasn't time enough to get to the second flight). I found an alternative second flight, but they still cancelled both flights and although i really asked to get the ticktes to the first flight which i paid for they wouldn't let me. At the end i bought it again (paid twice) and got no refund from KiWI. NEVER USE this service, always better to buy directly
Kiwi are like that person that tramples over a child to escape the crisis. Hands down the most dishonest, scumbag behaviour by any airline I've ever dealt with. They're so clearly trying to make a quick buck at the expense of their struggling customers in a crisis. Ignoring calls for 80 minutes+, offering no chance to reschedule flight and rubbing salt in our wounds by offering us next to nothing in compensation. But what's worse is they offer you the chance to pick between their disgraceful offering of 3 (flight cost 50) or else the chance of something more, but probably nothing in six months time. They've really shown their true colours in a crisis. I WILL NEVER USE KIWI AGAIN.
Horrible service even worse customer service completely botched my reservation in their behalf and when I immediately called to inform them they basically told me I was out of luck and could purchase new tickets with a $10 discount I sincerely hope they go out of business sometime soon and save a lot of people a lot of headaches
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I booked with them, the carrier cancelled, they never gave me credit or a refund. The worst part was that the flying options that they gave me to my destination were all full priced didn't even discounted the money I had already paid. SCAM - Kiwi made us book a flight which doesnt exist. We almost had been stuck in a foreign country. When I called the hotline, they wanted us to pay for new ticket flights. We had to fly to a city 500km from our home and then pay again to commute.
Kiwi replied to our compensation claim more than 2months after. Their response was "your flight wasnt disrupted" and then they close our request. Ofc the flight wasnt disrupted it did not exist!
Don't expect any help from them if you have any trouble with your reservation.
Honestly, you are much better off going through the airline carriers themselves. Kiwi CHANGED the date of my flight without my knowledge, it was almost impossible to get in touch with customer service, when I finally did, they admitted that the change was a mistake but said they couldn't book me on another flight because the airline I wanted to book with didn't accept checked luggage. That sounded very suspicious so I went through the airline itself and EASILY bought a ticket (cheaper than Kiwi was offering) WITH checked luggage. So after that I demanded a full refund from Kiwi for my wrong flight and they said no and closed the case. I am baffled as to how they are still in business because now that I'm doing research, it looks like this is common practice with them. Do not waste your money
One day my flight disappeared from the manage my booking section of the airline, and got an email from Kiwi pretending that the airline had cancelled my flight whilst I could still see it in their own websites a d many other apps.
Following up with them with hundreds and hundreds of messages, and every time some random person offering meaningless apologies but giving me zero action back.
I kept asking them to put me on a different flight, I even searched through their own website and sent them screenshots of the available results but they repeated the same nonsense that the flight that I was asking for "doesn't exist".
Meanwhile, because I had searched through their websites, their marketing team kept sending me emails asking me to proceed with my search and finish the bookings, "shocking"!
This company is the absolute meaning of disgust, fraud, scams and whatever you want to call them. Stay away from it.
For them it's as easy as putting their hand in your pocket and picking up the cash, leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere and walking away from you.
They charged me for my tickets, then provided no refund when the airline canceled the flight (due to Covid). To make things worse, I'm pretty sure they got the refund from the airline and just never gave it to me: profiting twice from my stupidity for using them. Never give this company your money.
This 3rd party agency is terrible! They do nothing at all to protect its customers when an airline decides to modify their travel itinerary. We're now stuck with a significant layover and missing valuable time we would have otherwise spent at our intended destination!
To make matters worse, their customer service is very difficult to get ahold of. Contact info is not readily available and when you do get a response from their email service, don't expect it to be translatable into your language. They do very little to understand or help your situation and only look t protect themselves from any liability.
If you're looking for a cheap flight, go through Kiwi... but don't expect anything other than a useless 3rd party who books a flight for you (rather than just going direct to the airline webpage and probably finding cheaper options).
I will NEVER be using Kiwi again after this experience.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection.
