After having trouble with my reservations I had to cancel my flight. I was told that I could get a refund. Kiwi.com refund me $42 of 561. I would suggest to anyone not to use this service under any circumstances. The customer service agents don't understand each and aren't helpful to anyone with questions. They often hang-up once they don't understand your questions or ask for a manager.
They have poor customer service and do not care to fix any issues you may have.
Never use Kiwi to book trips. I booked over the phone and the person booked my trip for the wrong dates. I then had to rebook a whole new trip and then when I tried to call and explain the situation to customer service, the best they could do was refund me $10 USD for a $280 ticket that I was trying to cancel more than a month in advance. I then asked if there was any way I could get a flight credit so I could just book my next trip through them. The best they offered was 10 Euros to do so. I will never ever use Kiwi again and would strongly advise the company simply goes out of business.
Booked the flights. In few days time got an email, that my route to the destination requires to be ammended - after picking different route - been charged extra money.
In few more days I got one more email like this, but I ignored it - and flights been showing to be ok.
I had to cancel my flights in the end, and l've been promised at least a partial refund.
When enquiring about the case - I've been getting emails asking to be patient due Covid.
In the end they closed the case without the refund or any explanation.

Don't buy a ticket from them! I bought a ticket this summer. Kiwi took money from my card, sent me a plane ticket. When I came to board the plane, the airline said that my ticket was not valid. Kiwi took money from my card, but did not transfer it to the airline. For more than 3 months, the Kiwi company has been ignoring me, the money has not been returned.
I had to book an emergency flight for a really important reason. I booked a ticket and the payment was done. After that they started asking for picture and passport picture which is completely wrong and unnecessary. I had to wait for document verification and I still hadn't any security that I would fly. The picture verification was unsuccessful because of bad quality of the picture which was very good but the system didn't approve it so my booking was cancelled and I lost one day. The money were trapped as a pending transaction for 10 days until it was cancelled and I couldn't book another flight from this account cause of insufficient funds. Also charged 1,5 pounds for this. Worst company I know
Company so unhelpful and bad it is board-line a scam. Tried to book flights with this airline, and at the first issue they refuse to help in any way at all. $2000 spent, with a refund of $10.
I bought tickets for Male to Taipei which had a 1.5 hour layover in Bangkok.
The trip was with 2 different airlines and required that we pick up our luggage and check-in for the second leg.
Apparently airline counters close an hour prior to departures, which means we only had 30 minutes to get off the plane, onto a shuttle bus, transferred to the gate, walk to luggage pick-up, get luggage and schlep over to check-in, go through security and get to the gate.
This was impossible and Kiwi.com knows it too. They had some text that the customer was responsible for making the time frame.
The airport they made us go through does not allow transfers within the terminal.
We ended up having to pay for a hotel and taking another flight the next morning.
Had to cancel a trip due to transit issue and covid restrictions. Kiwi send me a link to verify restrictions at the same time as booking confirmation!. How can I make changes if I find out about the restrictions at the same time as the booking is confirmed?
It´s really sad to write this review, but specially sad to see how this company doesn´t feel any kind of empathy with clients affected by the Coronavirus crisis. We are not able to flight outside of China and we asked them to help us with a refund of our tickets since it´s impossible for us to make it since we can not leave the country. After talking to Costumer Service they basically said they jus´t don´t care about our situation since the flight we have booked with them is not from or to China. That is true, but the passengers in the reservation are chinese and can´t leave the country. You all should know what´s the position of Kiwi.com regarding an issue like the Coronavirus. We are seeing our friends and family being affected, even dying. It´s not easy. We only ask for help and understanding, but instead they offer us 10 euros refund for a reservation of 4 tickets. Thanks to other companies for being beside us, and thanks to Kiwi.com for letting us all know where you stand for.
These are crooks! For a year and a half they do not give me my money for a canceled flight.
They do not respond to my messages in my kiwi.com account.

After six months of correspondence with them, they asked me for the details of a non-Russian bank card. I sent them. A few weeks later they said they sent me money to my Russian card. Before that, they swore that they could not send me money to a Russian card. In addition, I said that I closed this Russian card.
They assured me that the money had been sent and it had arrived, and that I had to contact my Russian bank, since the money was in it.
I contacted the bank and they said that the money could not come if the card was closed. And if the money was sent, they returned back to the sender.
Now I write to kiwi.com, they do not answer. Rogues!
Booked flights for travel one year ago which were of course cancelled due to COVID19. The airline has long ago confirmed our flights are fully refundable, but KIWI has not processed the refund and we remain out $2300. We filed a complaint with the USDOT, but still no action for the past 90 days. They also rejected a charge back request to my credit card company. Stay away from KIWI.com. They are no better than a criminal enterprise.
Had a flight booked through Kiwi.com from mumbai to chicago in the month of April, which had layovers in oman and qatar, looked risky so we called them up and enquired if it's ok to transit and if we need any visa to go through these countries, the guy on the other end (with his fake accent) told us it's not a problem to transit through these countries and that we'll be fine! We travel from pune to mumbai to take the flight and we're told "you cannot board this flight to oman it's only for citizens and diplomats", spent the next hour changing our bookings because we even had a connecting flight from chicago to dallas. Didn't have an sim card to even call their customer service. We lost all the money on this booking and the their manager arrogantly told us it's not our problem and we don't refund any part of the payment. BE VERY CAREFUL with this website!
Kiwi guarantee is worthless. I purchased two round trip tickets to Paris, FR. XL airways was the carrier of the flight I was to take back from Paris to new york, with a connecting American Airlines flight back to Charlotte. XL Airways was liquidated while I was in France, and Kiwi support notified me the day before my flight was supposed to take off. Aside from the fact that Kiwi support was worthless, their 'guarantee' conveniently does not cover carrier liquidation. Although this is understandable, I was now unable to make my original flight date, but I was fortunate enough to receive a rescue fare directly from Level Airways, again no thanks to Kiwi or their 'support'. However, my connecting flight from New York to Charlotte should still have been covered by the guarantee, and I was now no longer able to make this flight because of their 'guarantee's' exception. Kiwi offered no support in either matter nor any refund for the flights that were missed because of this incident.
I have canceled the flight due to the pandemic. I chose to transfer to another flight by paying the full price for the new ticket and the old ticket price will be refunded 100% as their refund policy stated. But they claimed that I opted for an "instant refund" which not only denied me a refund to my credit card but it also cut down my refund amount to nearly zero dollars without saying any words.
Stay away from kiwi. THEY ARE SCAMS!
A flight was cancelled. I called twice. They said they will call me back but never did. I had to buy another flight by myself.

A representative of this company sent my nephew the wrong flight information, resulting in him going to the airport COUPLE OF Days early than his actual flight, my 18 year old nephew is flying due to a family emergency (mother and kid sisters) so before flying he is already anxious, the couple of days waiting in the airport worrying about his family took it's toll that resulted in an argument with Phillipine airline employees that is known to treat their clients like garbage as me and my family personally experienced recently, this incident resulted in my nephew getting banned from P.A.L,
Now kiwi.com is denying responsibility about the misinformation in the flight details that their employee provided and contributed greatly to my nephew's distress and now will not aid in rebooking his flight. Again. Several days of waiting at the airport alone and anxious then treated badly by p.a.l and kiwi.com refuse to help.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I cancelled a flight that I had made through Kiwi.com seven months ago due to COVID concerns. The flight was on Norwegian Airlines. I had contacted Norwegian directly to buy extra legroom seats. So when I cancelled with Kiwi, I called Norwegian to get my money back for those seats. Norwegian refunded my money within a month. Kiwi is still telling me the carrier hasn't responded, which I'm absolutely sure is smoke. I would NEVER use Kiwi.com again!
It has been 9 MONTHs since they have not refund my money. More than 5 months ago the team confirmed that Kiwi.com company received the money from the airline. Still, I have not received a dollar refund. It is FRAUD. The company is FRAUD
The searching experience was comfortable and the pricing clear, so at first I was quiet satisfied with the website. Even though I usually buy at Skyscanner I decided to give it a shot.
The amount is paid and I received a confirmation by sms from the shipping provider. Unfortunately the link in the message didn't work and I was not provided with an order number. If I try to log in on the website it says that there is no bookings for my email address. I checked all my 4 email addresses to be sure...
Contacting the customer service is like a maze. I am woried and concerned about my flight, and I cant seem to reach anybody.

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection.
