On 8/15/2024 we booked a flight from Tokyo to Portland after our original flight with another airline was cancelled. Little did we know the flight that Kiwi booked for us had already been delayed, yet they were completely okay with and willing to book the flight anyways and take over $2,700 for this flight. After our flight got delayed to the next day that Kiwi booked, we were no longer able to make the connecting flight in Hawaii, so we attempted to contact Kiwi and have them help us change the flight so we could make the connection. Instead of helping us change the connecting flight, they refused to help us and asked us to pay even more money to change the connecting flight, even though the original flight had already been delayed for several hours, yet they booked it anyways. Then they refuse to help us rebook and leave us stranded in either Tokyo or Hawaii, or pay them more money to fix the problem they created! They didn't even know the flight was delayed until we tried to check in and got told it had been delayed, only for them to continue to refuse helping us. After spending hours on the phone with people who refused to help us, we ended up requesting a refund in their app, only to be told it would take up to 14 days for us to possibly receive a refund if the airlines saw fit. The airlines were willing to help us change the flights, but were unable to because we booked with Kiwi, which was clearly a huge mistake on our end. Once a supervisor finally called us back, they also refused to help, and basically said the same thing the agents we spent hours on the phone with did. They made this entire process so much more stressful and took all of the money we had to use in Tokyo to survive, basically leaving us with no where to stay, and giving us no alternative option to get out of Tokyo. We asked them to refund us or change the flight and the answer was always the same. It is disgusting that they treat their 'customers' like this and they need investigated.
I booked a flight and Kiwi.com wasn't able to book it because of some technical issue. There were 2 tickets left so I couldn't wait for them to proceed risking my plans. So I canceled my reservation and asked for a refund. They game me some of the "credits" instead and refuse to give my money back.

Do not use them. My flight was cancelled and they didn't let me know, so I didn't find out until I reached the airport, and then was forced to buy a last-minute ticket with another airline to be able to make my connection. They refused to refund anything.
We recently travelled to Malaysia from Dubai and used Kiwi.com as our travel agent. On the return leg of our joruney they notified us that our carrier had changed our flight from Hyderabad to Muscat, which would result in us missing our final flight from Muscat to Dubai. After reaching out to their support line, we were instructed to purchase a flight independently by one of their agents, because they claimed that the carrier would not compensate us for the flight. We did this, but when we arrived in Hyderabad we were given a complimentary flight by the carrier, which means that the flight that the Kiwi.com agent instructed us to purchase was completely unnecessary. We applied for a refund for that flight or even just credit on the Kiwi.com app but we met with rude and unethical responses from their customer service team. I would not recommend EVER booking a flight or any form of travel through Kiwi.com, they are an awful company.
ABSOLUTE SCAM! DON'T EVER BOOK WITH KIWI!
I booked a connecting flight with Kiwi from El Nido to Ho Chi Minh City with a stopover in Manila. Unfortunately, the first flight got postponed 5 hours, so I was forced to book a new flight for the first part to not loose my second flight. They didn't give me any option to get refunded for the first flight. The only options were: Cancel the whole trip or book a new flight on your own. Kiwi doesn't do ANYTHING for you to help! After I booked my new first flight, I contacted the airline myself and after a few weeks, I got the written confirmation that they had refunded my money back to the travel agency Kiwi (unfortunately). But Kiwi denies having received any refund from the airline, thus refuses to refund me, although they clearly have my money in their possession according to the airline itself! This is so criminal, I can't believe it! We have to sue them. Apparently they do this all the time, it's a planned scam! Please report them in your country. I have. This scam must stop!
I do not recommend this company, scammers and thieves. Our flight was canceled, leaving us stranded and without any option to return home. The only thing they offered was a flight 4x more expensive than the previous one and they told us to pay extra! Telephone service very rude, offering no help!

My recent experience with Kiwi.com was an utter nightmare. When my connecting flight in Milan was canceled, Kiwi.com offered no assistance or compensation, leaving me to purchase a new ticket at full price. Then, bad weather caused me to miss another connecting flight, and once again, Kiwi.com provided no solutions or support. I was left to cover the costs of additional tickets and accommodation on my own. Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs – their lack of accountability and customer care is appalling.
Their internet security sucks. Some was able to create an account with my email, without even completing the profile. Then booked 10 tickets in one day payed with my creditcard.
Total Fraude!
The worst thing is that the helpdesk did nothing! They said the tickets were booked and payed, no cancellation is possible without a payment according their policy.
I never booked a flight with them, but now never ever will do that and I advice everybody to stay away from this fraude company!
Horrendous experience: I booked a flight and authorized the charge for 889.94 sar, I immediately received news from my bank of a charge for 923.02 sar. I opened a dispute from their App, but they continue to claim that the extra cost was applied by my bank.

Bought a flight ticket received confirmation. Arrived at the airport only to be told they did not book anything for me. Had to pay twice as much in cash at the airport. These scammers have 10,000 bad reviews. I can't understand how credit card companies allow them to operate.
Been sold a ticket that was never theirs to sell, only found out at the airport that the ticket did not belong to me, although I have the kiwi reservation and confirmation issued by them, 6 months after not a single reply or any form of communication from the company, they are well known for being a company that always find someone else to blame, but this time the error is 100 per cent theirs and even though, it's impossible to communicate with them left alone trying to get a refund, not surprise how this company is making so much money, selling tickets that doesn't exist and never refund their customers

Purchased a flight this morning, they waited hours to confirm the reservation, and they're now asking me for more money because the prices went up.
Pretty sneaky on their end to have a 24-48 hour "confirmation" period where their team goes and takes their elegant time to book your flight. Perhaps waiting enough time for the price ticket to double, after paying hours before.
I could have booked my ticket through the actual airline, except of course they tricked me into waiting another 24 hours, hanging onto my payment.
Now I am faced with the cost nearly doubled. All because of Kiwi.com.
Did I mention their support team does not compensate you for anything either? And you can't talk to anyone within the actual company. The real Kiwi.com team hides themselves behind a support system, and they must hate their jobs, I can't imagine the amount of frustrating calls this place gets.
Kiwi can find cheap flights, but their customer service is rude and unhelpful when issues are encountered at any point along the way or before your trip. I spoke to multiple representatives on their customer service team, and they were all equally rude. After not getting through with Kiwi, I tried contacting the airline directly and found that they did not have any record of bookings under my name and said I was not listed as a passenger on their flight. I travel for work constantly and this is by far the worst experience I've had with a booking agency.
Terrible. Run away from this SCAM. They do not care if you are able to make your connections, they tell you this is at your own risk. They're too focused on how amazing it appears to book random flights so close to each other for you for "such a cheap price", so they will not offer refund or other options for you. Very much a scam. Don't use unless you want to dig through a maize of terms and conditions to see in how many which ways kiwi can $#*! Up your whole travel experience. I did that, and I was very surprised with how superficial and two faced this service is.
This company makes your reservation and takes your payment without confirming if there is a flight available with the airline! To make matters worse, they don't call to inform you of their error. Instead they send a very confusing email that simultaneously states you're both confirmed and trip not possible. I tried calling them 2 days in a row. Both days I was left on hold for hours. I had to call the Airlines directly. Please take heed to my warning. Avoid this company!
My flight was cancelled by the carrier and over 3 months later I have not gotten any money back (I am owed almost a thousand pounds) and kiwi has ignored all my attempts to contact them. They make it extremely difficult to contact them in the first place by leaving no email or phone number which suggests to me they are purposefully trying to avoid speaking with customers - because they know that most of us are extremely unhappy.
I booked three international airline tickets through Kiwi.com. What was so terribly disappointing is on the first leg out, the seats i selected were completely ignored when we went to board and they split my party up all over the plane. So bad. I would never use Kiwi.com again. I tried multiple times to reach them about this issue and they either passed me to someone else, or hung up on me. The flight home was almost a complete disaster when the schedule was changed to an earlier time and neither Kiwi or the airline notified us. you have to check yourself with this company, they are not helpful.
I booked flights with kiwi and the departure time on return flight changed so the connection no longer works. Since then I have been unable to get any response from them and they have £700 of my money. They offered £100 Kiwi credits or flights a day earlier for several hundred £ more. After booking our flight on Kiwi to Bari for today, we booked transportation and non-refundable airbnb, packed our bags... only to find out that our reservation was made for another day, a week later...
We tried so hard to call customer service and when they answered it was too late and we lost all our reservations so more than 500 euros.
The service is pathetic, the prices are inconsistent and their system changes dates and information when you refresh.

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection.
