I have booked tickets via Kiwi and asked them to add baby on the lap to my travel. Kiwi confirmed that baby is added to the flight. When I came to the airport I learned that baby is not ticketed, so Air Canada cannot allow to take my 10 month son with me ( boarder rule)

All this time I was calling and texting to Kiwi, asking to help to resolve the problem, issue ticket for the baby, but they were super incompetent and were just reply- we added baby, when I was asking for number or reservation they were saying - our agent will sent, but agent did not.

Air carrier tried to help me to resolve situation very much, but they couldn't so it without Kiwi( kiwi supposed to re issue ticket as third party) I called 5 times to Kiwi, I missed 2 possible flights and have spent all day with little one in airport.

At the end I have to buy new tickets for the next day and book hotel room.

I did cry with little one on my hands, trying to get ably help from company I paid almost 1000 usd for 1,5 hour flight.

At the end Kiwi refused even to refund me, because tickets not refundable ( but air carrier sad they are refundable) and they believe they did everything right.

So I very much don't recommend anyone this awful disrespectful and humiliating services, when I'm saying - There is a problem, I cannot take a plane, there is no ticket for my baby, they repeatedly ignore this.

So much suffered, I literally cried all day.

SCAM. Do not book with them anything as their costumer service is horrible and they ruined my summer vacation.

Purchased a standard ticket, received saver ticket. Customer service refused to correct the error. When I had to change flights due to a family emergency, they charged me the full price of the new ticket without refunding me for the ticket I was no longer able to use. What this means is they cancelled my flight, received a refund, and kept it for themselves while charging me the full price of a new ticket. Corporate greed at its finest. The customer always loses with Kiwi.com. DO NOT USE THEM TO BOOK FLIGHTS, HOTELS, ETC... You will lose money and regret it, trust me. There are so many better ways to book flights, such as through the airline itself. Please please don't make my mistake. Using Kiwi doubled the cost of my flight for no reason at all. Save your hard earned money and stay away from this scam.

Ended up being quite expensive and inconvenient. Customer service is very slow to resolve issues. I lost 3 days of my vacation waiting for this site to get me to my destination once a flight got canceled because of weather. Once baggage fees, ground transportation from airport to airport and two hotel stays were added in, the use of this site ended up being by far the MOST EXPENSIVE options. Customer service is incompetent and slow to resolve issues and even wants to charge you more money. NEVER EVER use this pathetic excuse of a travel site.

We bought a ticket from them which was cancelled by Turkish airlines. We were happy for any alternative flights and Turkish airline was happy to provide one. However, Kiwi.com was requesting an additional £400 for an alternative flight, even though Turkish airlines was providing it for free.

Kiwi pretends to be a simple go between it's all faults of the airline if it cancels the flight and no refund forthcoming while in reality kiwi is an accomplice and keeping it's share from fleecing the passengers because otherwise it wouldn't work with and carry on your site company that canceling flights on the regular basis and proposing flights it has no intention to fulfill. There will be few emails about how sorry they are but never a refund as they already got a kickback from the airline for keeping it on their site. My experience date 12th of June 2023 flight of Flyone cancelled without a refund. Have learned about on arriving at the airport. I have paid to kiwi 365 euro. Kiwi options after cancellation pay 500 extra and use the same airline. Obviously these buddies work hand in hand. Avoid.

Don't book through this company. They overcharge for tickets and don't pay to airlines what you paid for. The difference goes into their pocket. This company overcharged me for $716. Did not pay airlines for meal that wad included in my tickets when I booked. And lied into my face that this is what I booked.

I got my ticket from KIWI and a week later got injured with broken leg. I had to do the surgery and couldn't walk for eight weeks. Right away I informed the airline and the kiwi travel agency. Airline excepted to make a refund to the travel agency. However, they requested the agency to call them and formally request to cancel the ticket. Kiwi never called and keep postponing this situation to consider as a no-show at the airport. Every time I called peewee, they keep me on hold and didn't accommodate with my situation. Every time I've been told they were working on that and will call the airline. I had to dispute the charge since they never make any call to the airline. They promised me if I dropped a dispute, they will call the airline right away and cancel the tickets so I trust them and close the case. However, since then they didn't make any call and I was so frustrated to keep asking them to cancel the tickets. They are not trust worthy and make a nasty game with me without understanding my medical situation and compromising my health. They are so rude and very unprofessional, without any respect. I still don't understand why they resist to call the airline since airline accepted to make a refund to them. The only things that I can tell is they are devil advocate!

I habe Ticlet gebucht, aber kein Mail, kein Message bekommen, und konnte ich gar keine Rückmeldung von hier bekommen.
Nach 100 Versuchen konnte ich endlichmal bei Kiwi erreichen und hörte ich nur "Kein Mail? Unmöglich. Nein, Ich kann Ihnen nicht mehr helfen." so was.
So ist mein 350 euro verschwunden:)

Terrible. They changed my information just so i paid extra to change them back, and after I did, It still caused me trouble at the airport. Never booking with them again.

Bought 2 tickets for my girlfriend and her daughter to return home to Mexico. Kiwi alerts me one week before departing that they cannot check in any baggage! I called them and their excuse was because the layover in one stop was less than 45 minutes they couldn't allow checked baggage. I didn't make the itinerary they did! Absolute bull$#*!! Then they said my refund would be $10. Wow. I am going to pursue ruining these people if it cost me thousands and a year of my time. This should be and may be against the law. I will get to the bottom of it. STAY AWAY FROM KIWI!

I booked my ticket from DXB-ATH through Kiwi more than a year ago. I reached the airport and my flight was cancelled but I havent received any notification. The customer service agent reassured me that I can book another flight and they will reimburse me. Fast forward countless emails and complaints almost weekly, they said there is nothing they can do and stopped responding to me while owing me around 1,000euros. This company is a SCAM. Do not book through them even if you are tempted by the lower prices. Unacceptable.

This platform is ready to scam you at the slightest opportunity. Do not patronize them. Be warned…..

I booked a flight and locked pricing in, emailed 5 minutes after asking for support as there was an error in the booking time. The email indicated I needed to send to another email address, I did. I got another response saying "this email address is invalid" please use another. Then attempted to use the chat service. No response. I emailed a number of time and no response. I finally received an email indicting I need to finalize my booking and the deposit / changes are non refundable. I called to share the documented background and they were nit helpful at all, and essentially charged me card.

This site is such a joke! Please go to a reliable travel website, because this is not one! They took my money. But spelled my name wrong to the airlines. Then told me I had to pay for them to fix it. Then would not give me a confirmation number for one of the my flights. So I had to purchase another flight! Total rip off. I should've read these reviews before I booked. Never again

This company should be able to change the dates of flight easily. Or refund if they are not fixing the issue. Customer service is too poor

Stay away from kiwi.com! They are cheats, incompetent or both. I purchased a premium economy ticket but only got an economy seat. Kiwi support could not help and refunds are impossible. Worst online travel agent ever.

I can vouch that Kiwi.com is terrible after the first hand ecperience. Before I read some bad review of kiwi.com, but decided it give it a try. That's when it showed their true color. It is hard to believe they are legit. Most likely scam. Avoid kiwi.com as much as you want little stress.
