Kiwi is the worst I bought a ticket they made a mistake I called 15 minutes after they told me there was nothing they can do about it the problem with this is when you call you do not talk to people in the us it's all in India and all they tell you is that they can't do anything. All reviews about kiwi are bad so I advise people not to use them I hope this review stays sometimes it's better to pay more and not go through the hassle they put you through at the end of the day they made there money.
This is the most unprofessional platform I have worked with.
I booked my tickets in September 2023 they cancelled the flight on the date I was supposed to travel and till date i have not received the refund.

I bought a ticket via kiwi.com from the USA to Germany with Carrier Iberia Airlines Operated by British Airways, the price per outbound country shows the ticket allowed 1 x 23 kgs checked-in bag, 1 x cabin bag (25x45x25cm) and 1 x handbag/laptop (40x30x15 cm). Outbound as well as Inbound. But the same train has a transit to Heathrow London before heading to Dusseldorf (Germany). When buying a ticker, we are buying from the departing country to the destination. Arrived in London, and the connecting flight was with Eurowings, which surprisingly requested another payment for both (checked and cabin) bags, saying that their flight charges money separately since the ticket I bought didn't have checked and cabin bags allowed. That means on the same flight booked originally with the main carrier (Aberia operated by British Airway), we have to pay two different airlines' different language fees. When I called them to explain what was going on. The customer service agents were horrible and the manager who had scheduled a call back after 4 hrs first and was rescheduled later after 2 hrs finally came to the phone, still came with words without sympathy or acknowledging their traps, and never understood my points. Saying the same thing over and over. Pointing to read all the disclosures and terms of the booking confirmation. I will never recommend this website or company to anyone to use, their ticket may seem to be cheap, please double check, It may cost you more in the end than buying straight from the Airline.
One word: Horrible! They confirmed my husband's flight. When he went to airport, the airline said he had no reservation with them and they refunded the money to Kiwi the day of the booking. Kiwi wasn't able to help resolve the issue at all at the airport because they wouldn't connect him to a supervisor and told him to enter a chat and they would respond within 4 hours. What? Horrible customer service and they just repeat themselves over and over with the same thing " enter a chat a someone will respond in 4 hours". My husband was forced to purchase a ticket from another airline at 3 times the cost. When we called Kiwi again to get a refund, it's just been a constant battle and nothing is enough to secure a refund. I had a WhatsApp chat with the airline to get proof and sent this to Kiwi, it was still not enough. So basically we paid Kiwi, Kiwi received their refund but Kiwi doesn't pass that back to the customer.
Dreadful. My account showed that I had no trips planned: even though I had paid. I tried for days everything suggested by FAQ's and chatbots. All their instructions were incorrect. Annoyingly one would refer you to the other. I needed to speak to a human to sort a very simple problem out to add an extra email too. Ther are no human operators or phone numbers that work. They say that there are. There aren't, they are lying. In the end I had to sort my check ins manually at the airports. I am a frequent flier and have never encountered a site like this before. So I you ever think that you could encounter a problem when booking flights NEVER BOOK WITH KIWI!
Honestly, you are much better off going through the airline carriers themselves. Kiwi CHANGED the date of my flight without my knowledge, it was almost impossible to get in touch with customer service, when I finally did, they admitted that the change was a mistake but said they couldn't book me on another flight because the airline I wanted to book with didn't accept checked luggage. That sounded very suspicious so I went through the airline itself and EASILY bought a ticket (cheaper than Kiwi was offering) WITH checked luggage. So after that I demanded a full refund from Kiwi for my wrong flight and they said no and closed the case. I am baffled as to how they are still in business because now that I'm doing research, it looks like this is common practice with them. Do not waste your money
If I can put 0 for this company I would do that. I book flight from Las Vegas to Toronto with Flair airlines through Kiwi. The flight got cancelled and the crew informed us that we would get information for new flight without charge. However, I did not receive any information from Flair airlines so I called Kiwi for their help because I got the ticket from them. Instead of looking into the problem to help them, the representative who picked up my phone did not want to help me at all. She just blamed to the airlines and told me Kiwi had nothing to do with it and had no responsibility for it and asked me to call Flair airlines directly. I understood it was not Kiwi fault in the flight cancellation but she can look into the system to see why I did not receive any information from Flair airlines because my information to Flair airlines is from them. After this trip, I will never buy any ticket with Kiwi again.
You are the worst. My tear today will hunt and fall that stupid company of yours. I cried today. After paying $426 with a fee said to be able to cancel and make changes, you said nothing could be done and the customer care lady was so rude and don't have human empathy. I guess she gets paid low and is miserable. USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO CRY!
Was supposed to fly to Spain from Denmark today but Kiwi.com never finalized the reservation. Couldn't check in online and was told to do it at the airport only to find a sold out flight and no record of my booking. Spent 5x the cost on another flight and no explanation from Kiwi.com.
Like many others, we're chasing a refund a year after a 'cancelled' flight. I'm not sure the flight ever existed, the carrier certainly insist they've had no contact from Kiwi.com requesting a refund.
The 'help' from Kiwi.com is a load of outsourced agents with poor English and awful stock platitudes. Frankly they could even be bots.
EDIT - refund has finally been granted, after they contacted me RE a bad review on Trip Advisor.
Had to do a lot of legwork to get to that stage, but upgrading my 1* to 2* out of relief it finally happened.
I used them twice. 1st time no issues, 2nd time I was charged $25 becasue I missed the window for entering my Id #. Not only did I enter my Id # but they had my info from my preious trip which was 2 months prior. Rediculous!
These people are very fraudulent. They will get your money get your information and when you get to the airlines, you will not be able to get on the plane. I had to buy another ticket because I booked round-trip and I couldn't even get on the plane, so do not book with these people. These people are very fraud. I don't care how cheap the ticket is booked with the airline. The real people do not book with these so-called promote people do not do it because they will rip you off.
I was given a boarding pass without a proper check-in. I wasn't able to add this boarding pass to my phone because the Kiwi app didn't allow it, so I screenshotted it instead. I was also not given the option to check my luggage ahead of time, and as a result, I paid $10 more for checking in my bag at the desk. The flight attendant had difficulty finding my reservation. After 20 minutes of waiting, he found that Kiwi had switched my names around. It took a while, but the flight attendant fixed my ticket. I will never use this agency again. They must have some deal with Google, as their option came up when I booked my flight.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Two days ago I tried to buy tickets and 960 dollars was withdrawn from me, but due to technical problems the tickets were not bought. And they refuse to refund me. There are simply no words

I put KLM in the Google search field and didn´t pay attention and clicked KIWI. These days, Google doesn´t list the site one wishes to access but to sites that pay them. And it cost me dearly. I booked a KLM flight from Amsterdam to Vienna and soon thereafter discovered that it was 25% more expensive than if booked via KLM. I immediately contacted KIWI but they refused to cancel the reservation and refund me. So, be aware, they will rip you off.

I rarely write bad reviews, but here I need to advert you: the only purpose of that company ist to make money out of you. You pay every little thing very expensive, but you cannot get any customer service or quality out of it.
What went wrong: no refunds for cancelled flights, expensive administrative name change, the boarding card that you will need to print out yourself only arrives in the very last minute (soooo stressful when you travel with kids), not to be recommended. Bad company!
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

If you want to get your money back, then email the US Department of Transportation (douglas dot e dot davis at dot.gov) and CC the CEO of Kiwi.com (oliver dot dlouhy at kiwi.com), the Vice-President of Customer Services (Petra dot Reiter at kiwi.com), and the head of customer servcies for the EU (anna dot cavazzini at europarl.europa.eu) Good luck and do not use them again.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
