I asked for correction of surname they didnt correct it. I my self go to the ticketing office to correct

Ok wow. I bought a cheap Frontier ticket from Kiwi and on my layover from SF to Tampa I was in Dallas from 2:30 until 11pm. The airline bumped me continually all night long until I was left in a shut down for the night airport. I paid for a hotel (my own $) and they left me with a boarding pass for the next evening. I went back to the airport and they repeated the bumping all the way up until the last flight of the night. I finally got on this plane and then someone else showed up with a ticket for the same seat! They actually wanted me to get off the plane for this person and I stood my ground. Fortunately I won this stand off but this was literally the worst flight of my entire life. Lesson learned: DO NOT BUY AN AIRPLANE TICKET FROM A THIRD PARTY SELLER LIKE KIWI. EVER!

Stay far way from these crooks. They dont give full refunds for cancelled flights Only 5% of price of ticket

My grandmother is passing and I accidentally got a flight for Monday, not Saturday, which I intended. I spoke to a representative on the phone and tried to change my flight and/or cancel it to buy another Kiwi flight for the date I wanted but they said I couldn't get a refund. I just want to see my grandmother before she passes and now I do not have the money to do so. Thanks kiwi.

Я приобрел билеты Прага - Тенериф, Тенериф-Милан-Прага, без багажа, ручная кладь. Туда с семьей (4 человека) прилетели без проблем, но обратно пришлось доплатить за ручную кладь 144$ потому что размеры якобы были больше чем позволяет easyJet (а багаж на минуточку был тот же самый. Очень недоволен что киви спланировал такой полет и не предупредил о таких проблемах заранее! Большая жирная двойка! Не рекомендую пользоваться этим сервисом!
Да еще якобы как бонус дают некий smart pass, который на самом деле при перемещении в аэропорту Милана нахрен не нужен, просто идешь на транзит и все, только время отняло разбираться что что за фигня. Короче, слетали не дешевле чем у других от слова совсем

Absolutely horrid customer service. Ran into an issue with their site and when I tried to resolve it, they hung up on me 3 times.

I am wodering how can we take any legal action against this company. They go above and beyond to steel money from their costumers. See my recommendations.

They are horrible. Your flight will get cancelled and they won't refund your money. Customer service is a joke. Stay away from this site!

It is a SCAM! Never book with KIWI!
I booked and paid a flight with them (more than 1000 EUR) and 24 hours later they emailed me saying they were not able to issue the ticket and suggesting I get a credit with them for other travels or they would refund me through my credit card, but this will take several days (according to their own words)! So now I have more then 1000 EUR blocked in my credit card for NOTHING... it is a fraud this website!

I booked a flight through kiwi.com. A few days later I was notified that the airline changed my flight and if needed, I could choose an alternative. The alternative requested that I pay over $100 so I chose to get a refund. A week ago, I have received an email from kiwi saying that the airline denied me the refund. When I contacted the airline with the information provided by kiwi, they notified me that they never made any change on the flight and they never received any refund request from kiwi and that I was marked as a no show. I have then contacted kiwi about what they said and they insisted that they have requested the refund. I have asked for a claim or confirmation number and they replied with " we cannot provide the cancellation confirmation from the airline since we already provided the documents that came from them. This is internal agreement of the airline and travel agency". They never provided me with any documentation coming from the airline company. The only document provided by kiwi is the one I uploaded, and you can see it doesn't come from any airline.

I feel extremely disappointment with the level of service I have received from Kiwi in regard to the AirHelp+ service that I added to my recent flight booking from Ho Chi Minh City SGN to Kathmandu KTM.
So far, AirHelp+ service only applies to flights within Europe, despite the fact that it was presented as an option during my booking process. I am disappointed that Kiwi.com failed to make it clear that the AirHelp+ service is not applicable to flights from Asia, and that it may not provide the protection that I was hoping for.
Furthermore, I find it concerning that Kiwi.com is promoting a service that it knows will not cover certain flights. This is misleading to customers like myself, who assume that the service will be applicable to their specific situation.
Also unfortunately, I made a mistake and canceled my reservation by accident (just a few minutes ago, because it just has a button). When i tryna reach and explain that it's not voluntarily canceled, there is no refund and the whole customer service just reply me with ignorance behavior. I haven't been to any terrible case like this, such a scam feeling now. All the help from Kyle M., Joellisa C., Bhavana S. And also Giovanne L. Were unprofessional & irresponsible. All i wanna do is reinstating my reservation, please ask the system to retrieve it.
I have not received a PNR for the flight, which suggests that the flight has not confirmed my booking yet, and the agencies have reserved it for me. I believe this is an indication that the cancellation was made in error. Manager, please urgently resolve this ASAP!

I wouldn't even give one star to this company. This website is plane scam. I lost my $5000 just like water. I booked a flight for my family and had to cancel within 3 days due to my bad car accident. I have been working with them since last June. Every single time when I message, I get new person gives different information. Now they saying they won the case and there is no refund will be issued. I am disable from my car accident and Kiwi saying they claim that amount as fees for dealing with my bank. They are money hungry. Don't waste your time with this company. This is scam.

Save yourself from this awful company! I booked a flight with them, and the carrier changed the flight the flight time to 8 hours later than the original time. Putting me and my family at our destination at 1:00am Traveling with children. I reached out to the company many, many times about options each phone call was passed along to a different person in United Kingdom. My Calls were constantly dropped, and no one ever called me back I emailed with no response. After speaking with the carrier whom which were more than accommodating and so very nice refunded me fully since the time change was so far from our original time. When I was finally able to reach Kiwi and ask for remaining part of my refund of $240 they responded with we will refund you €10 so that's $10.72 US dollars a far stretch from $240 US dollars. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Book ticket from frankfurt to kabul after a day it shows your ticket had cancelled refund 10euro but while I payed 1102 euro I have not even cancel it then I asked them send me proves says it is been cancelled and they said it us volontaires refund cancelled we can not provide any proof and I want my refund or rebook tickets please they scaming people we you asked something on the support they keep saying the same thing again and again told refund my money and they we have refund you 10euro ahah really how it works

You buy a flight, later get an email saying you need to pay more or your flight is cancelled theeeen... several days later you will get another email asking for passport info (which my children do not have) in order to finish the check-in process... or you may have to pay even more fees to check-in with the airlines. Scam!

They did not make the process easy. They add a false email address to your flight carriers making it difficult to access any changes or updates to the flight plan. All information goes to the bogus email and not directly to you. I couldn't make changes either or get an online boarding pass through the app either with a particular carrier due to kiwi.com policies. Do not book with them. It's not worth the hassle.

I had a flight change come up in my itinerary, change came from the carrier. No big deal, changes happen. The problem arose when trying to change my flight through Kiwi they wanted me to pay the full price (+50$) for a new ticket to replace the flight that got changed. How does that make any sense? If my flight gets moved again am I gonna have to buy a third ticket? Best to stay away from this company and book somewhere else, I ignored the reviews and its gonna cost me $300+

My flight got cancelled for reasons outside of the airline's control. I never received a rescheduled flight from them and tried contacting them but they said I had to go through Kiwi since that's where I had booked my flights. I requested a refund for Kiwi. It took them 2 months to get back to me to say that they can't provide a refund, with no reason. Although the prices might be cheaper, its not worth buying your airline tickets with Kiwi because if something happens, they are not good representatives of their clients. I'm now feeling totally scammed and unrepresentative, will not be supporting Kiwi in the future and do not recommend it to anyone as this was my first and last time using it.

Everyone, DON'T BOOK here. Avoid this site like the plague. I paid and they "confirmed" my ticket. I show up to the airport the day of my flight and the check in agent said my reservation was booked but that kiwi didn't issue me a ticket. I called kiwi from the airport and they kept giving me a PNR code which is a reservation code, not the actual ticket number...because they didn't issue a ticket. They booked a reservation for me but not issue me a ticket which is what they're suppose to do.I was stressed beyond relief and had to fly out for a funeral. I was left no choice but to book a ticket at the airport 4 times the price so I could leave. Kiwi refuses to issue me a refund. They stole my money. The agent at the airport did mention kiwi is the worse,it's a scam and has seen many situations like mine. AVOID Kiwi. I will be escalating my refund and talking to my bank to report this fraud
