I ordered 4 pair of sweat pants and one jacket, I recieved 8 pair of pants and one jacket, The order cost was $246,00 it was supposed to be less than $100,00. {I had a $50.00 coupon}. I am more than frustrated with my transaction. Probably will never order from Kingsize again!
I used their online true fit app to find my recommended size and got a product that would fit two of me. When I tried to exchange it I was told no exchanges with Canadian orders despite the big pop up welcoming Canadian orders on their website. To be fair I was welcome to return the jacket but at my own expense and Im not going to pour more money down this hole. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer. Anybody want a denim car cover, lol.
After promising to remove $29.98 from my bill, but lying, and after they lost the credit card dispute because they were too lazy to respond, they sent their goons from National Recovery Agency to threaten me as their bill collector. I reported their illegal behavior to several federal and state authorities. They promised to resolve the problem after receiving the shoes back but continuing to hound me to pay $29.98 for the shoes. I won't. I'll fight them in court and go to the media.
I said i would never place another order with them, but i did and now after website says 7 to 14 day shipping a email comes says longer but no time frame. You call customer service they said one month and wont allow you to cancel the order. This was a birthday gift. Asked for super said will call me in one hour they called 2 days later when i was not home. I call back waited one hour on hold still got no one. Have called them several times cannot get thru they say they are busy, no company is busy 24 7 with that long of wait times. This place should be barred from selling. Law is you have option to cancel when they change the shipping times on you, but she said no way and not even super will cancel it. Do not and i repeat do not buy from this place. You will be sorry.
I ordered a coat for a funeral with express shipping. It's been two weeks and I still don't have it. Customer support has been impossible to deal with and won't even refund more than a fraction of the shipping.
I have bought from King Size a few times in the past. To be honest no problem with the sale or delivery. A few things that have left me here writing an unkind review. I starting getting unwanted Email every singe day. I tried to unsubscribe now 3 times to no avail. What is worse is that all the slimy come on adds. They show a picture for example and give a price. Then in very small print it says or more. So when you shop online and go to payout its always always more than you saw on the advertisement. No one helps you there when calling. Customer service is something they lack big time.
So I called them today on hold for over a hour and 9 minutes. This company can't get there crap together never was able to talk to a person it hung up. Still no confirmation on shipping yet. Ordered on May 22 it says will arrive 7-14 business days so if the order is ot picked yet how is this possible. We're at 10days as of today. Overall rating is 1/4 star. If I get my product I will never buy here again...
I've spent several months trying to get OFF the mailing list. They keep saying "We don't have an address" yet every month I get a damn catalog or THREE. I'll never buy from idiots who can't figure out how to stop annoying customers.
We sent these clothes back. We want our money back! 45 dollars just to ship the clothes. We lost that money. 600 dollars worth the clothes that my husband will and won't wear. They just sit in a box in the closet.
The clothes are not up to our expectations. They were faded and looked worn.

Order was lost 2 days after shipping from kingsize. Tracking absolutely stopped. I emailed them after 15 days. Tina from kingsize told me I have to wait 20 before they considered order lost. At 20 days, a Johnathan told me I have to wait 30 days before they will consider replacement. It's a Christmas gift that I have to wait till Dec 16th before they will replace. We will see. I'll probably get a Justin and he will tell me I have to wait 40 days! I'll give an update in 10 days!
After ordering from their catalog that i had just received a few hours before, they told me that the shirts i ordered were not on sale even thou it was in big letters on top of the page. Their none caring customer service could care less when i showed him what the catalog said. DO NOT BUY HERE.
Seriously, they should not advertise their products, nor be named, "King Size". The light compression socks we purchased were the largest they had available. My boyfriend is an ex-football player who is truly king size. He is tall, with large calves and feet. The compression socks he received were utterly ridiculous! They would probably fit a tall, slim-legged mannequin but not a real king size man. I realize light compression socks need to be a bit tight, but he couldn't even get them halfway over his calves. Just another case of paying a premium price, but receiving sub-par quality.
I cancel my account and 3 month later they sent me a bill for $140 dollars because I had a balance of $2.00 according to them even though I was told I paid full balance and closed my account. Clothing is trash and worst part is the dishonesty, will never do business with anyone associated with them.
I don't usually write reviews but this made me angry enough that I did. I ordered a jacket and pair pants on 3 July. I paid for expedited expedited delivery the promised of it will be here on 8 July 5 days later it did show. I called asking them to refund on on the delivery fee. An hour later after listening to the women on the phone explain why it was not delivered. As promised it was not the delivery it was them not shipping it. It's a ploy, I asked for a supervisor no supervisor available so another words it's they don't wanna talk to me, All I was asking for was them to return the expedited delivery fee which was $60. They won't do it so I try to cancel the order they're gonna charge me to return the product they didn't deliver. Sk instead of doing the right thing the lost a sale as well as future sales. It just baffles me! I will tell you the customer service at this place is the worst that I've ever seen in 20 years of retail and I'm a store manager it's just amazing. If you can stay away from these people do it they are after your money and nothing more.
My jacket just arrived 13 days from shipping. It is very cheap looking. I will never buy any clothes from them again. It cost nearly $70,60% off regular price. I wouldn't purchase it at a price of $20. It has no style and cheap material.
My 33 year old son died suddenly & unexpectedly on Sunday morning, 1/30/2022. As part of the funeral prep, on Monday evening we ordered clothing for his viewing/service. Since the funeral home needed by noon on Friday, we paid $41 for their 'SuperFast' delivery. Knowing we needed this clothing to proceed, we scheduled his viewing/service for the following Monday. We called customer service about the shipment status starting Wednesday getting the simple message that it 'should' ship soon. When asked, they couldn't, or wouldn't, tell us if the order had even been picked yet. They also claimed there was no supervisor to speak to about this. On Thursday, when we realized KingSize.com wasn't going to come thru for us, we went thru son's closet carefully (it feels so much like you're snooping thru his personal life), found a shirt that would fit we liked and went out to the local Franks Big & Tall store (a store our son had no doubt shopped at) where they were so very helpful and we purchased a pair of pants and a belt. We met our Friday due date with the funeral home. His SuperFast delivery order? It didn't arrive until the afternoon of his Monday viewing. Needless to say I returned the shipment for a refund although we didn't get the shipment cost back. 4 times this happened. And no receipt for what they charged me and i only purchased one thing from them.
Received a different hoodie than I had ordered and it appeared to have been worn. No invoice enclosed. They would require me to pay for the shipping return for their mistake. Toll free customer service number always busy. I discovered all the negative reviews posted everywhere, including Facebook, after the purschase. Awful experience. Feel bad for people on low incomes and the dishonesty that they have to experience.
I ordered a product online and used a debit card to purchase the product from King Size. It was promised to be delivered within certain parameters of time. Once I placed yhis order and within several days I tried to track this order. It couldn't be tracked. When I went to their website and inputted my order number, etc., I received a reply in small red print that they had no information concerning my order. I then hit the 'chat' button provided on their website, and nothing happened--no rezponse. Then I emailed them and got a form response back that did not address my situation. I called them on their customer service number provided and got put on hold, and for over an hour I was still on hold, so I hung up. This situation went on over a period of one-and-a-half to two weeks, of me doing all of the above repeatedly. Then I tried to cancel the order, to no avail. I just got no response or form emails back. I finally got a live person after waiting about 15 minutes on hold, who told me that the product that I ordered was being shipped and that it would take a good week-and-a-half to receive it? I asked her what I had to do to cancel this order. She told me that she would send to me a return label with the product and that I could mail the product back, and I would receive my refund when King Size received the product back. This would probably be in 5 years if ever? So I'm still waiting to receive this product? I may file a police report for theft and fraud, and I will spend the rest of my life on and off giving these jerk-balls a bad rap.
