Shipping takes forever. Customer Service does not exist.
Can't cancel order, restocking fee, no one answers emails.
Just don't bother...
There's no real option for a normal exchange. I ("giftee") was given a couple of shirts with a return label as a gift, and the giver ("giver") advised I should be able to exchange the items for something that I preferred. I attempted to find a way to do so with the catalog and form, then the website, then called. I spoke with customer service and the "exchange" process is nothing of the sort. You have two options.
Option 1:
1. Purchase a new item, charged to the original card (Giver's Card).
2. Send items for return.
3. When items are processed at return center, refund goes to the original card (Giver's Card).
In this case, the Giver is out whatever the difference is between the original item(s) and new item, with or without their permission.
Option 2:
1. Purchase a new item, charged to your card (Giftee's Card).
2. Send items for return.
3. When items are processed at return center, refund goes to the original card (Giver's Card).
In this case, now the Giver has all of the funds back, and you simply purchased a new item. So, again, not really an exchange.
There is no option to simply have them charge your card (Giftee's) and then return the items and have that card credited. If you opt to return for a gift card, there's no option to have that card sent to you, only to the Giver. Again, not an exchange.
Attempts to reach someone to provide this feedback are impossible. Customer service can only direct you to the website to send an email... also to customer service. There's no option to request a logical method of exchange for gifts, and no attempt to provide a customer-oriented option other than, ironically, a "one-size-fits-maybe-a-few" option. If you get something you don't want, well, donate it, I guess.
They did not hem to pants to my specifications, mailed to wrong address. I do not recommend this company.
Overpriced, overcharge for shipping, no loyalty to customers who are repeat shoppers. All done with them!

I was working on doing my Christmas order around Dec. 8 or 9,2020, and I was buying some polos for my husband that were listed at $4.99 on the website. Once I added the polos to the cart, they appeared in the cart at the price of $9.99. I talked to a customer service rep. Via their online chat and he couldn't help me, so I ended up calling in to customer service to get them to honor the $4.99 price. The customer service rep. On the phone ended up going into my account and placing my order and promised that after my order had been shipped, I would be given a refund of the $20 or so to bring the prices back down to the $4.99. I received the order and lo and behold - full price is on my credit card and not only that, but an additional charge came out of my bank for $2.14 that I have no idea of what it's for! Also - the customer service rep. Had removed the coupon code I had on my account for free shipping and 50% off the highest priced item and I ended up paying for shipping as well! My order, which was around $130 before I called customer service ended up being over $170! I called customer service today, figuring that maybe they had forgot to apply my $20 refund or it was just taking a long time because of the holidays and the customer service rep. Told me that my refund had been denied! They're now claiming that I had a $40 off applied to my order, which is why they didn't honor the $20 refund. I have no knowledge of this $40 off being applied and was not discussed by the original CSR - if anything they applied $40, not took off $40. Also, I was buying my husband 6xl polos and somehow the size in my cart got magically changed to XL. Now instead of doing an even exchange they want me to send back the original while charging me for the new one. I've pretty much had it with this company and their bait and switch tactics. Also - don't sign up for their membership club - they say the first month is free - it's not - and to cancel your membership you can't just do it on their website - you have to call them up and it's a different phone number from the regular customer service who won't/can't cancel your membership!
Answer: When calling the 800 number, you will always get a message that there are high call volumes and to call back.
