The shade sail I purchased from Kgorge is not providing much shade. At best, I would call it "dappled" shade. And the sail is translucent enough that trees can be seen through it. And, in a few places, the seams look like they are unraveling. I am VERY disappointed. I've exchanged emails with a representative, and she has encouraged me to not send it back to them, taking $25 and an 18% discount (on what?), and now 30% off if I purchase from them a replacement shade. Sending me a shade that doesn't provide shade and has frayed seams is very bad business. And, it's outrageous!

I ordered 2 shade sails (I needed 5, but wanted to try the first two before I spent the money on the rest). We hung all 4 corners, got one side hooked and went to hang the opposite side. Before we could even get to the other side, the ring ripped out of the first side. We had not even begun to tighten the turnbuckles yet as we were going to do that once all sides were hooked in place. When I opened the sails and saw how lightweight the material was, I immediately questioned their durability, but just figured might have to replace them more often than I originally anticipated. However, I didn't expect them to break on the first day. Without the sides supported, what I have is a giant bowl that will fill with water and crash down immediately since they are waterproof.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a seller. The return policy is trash, the colors don't match the photos, the customer service is flat out nasty and rude, they offer you a few bucks and tell you to just give the curtains away if you don't like them. Never buy from Kgorge.

I ordered a sunshade for my daughter's upcoming wedding last minute. When I saw in the tracking it might not arrive in time I reached out to Kgorge Customer service. They contacted the shipper and expedited it. It arrived in time and the quality is fantastic! We are so happy and grateful to Kgorge for literally saving the day! Thank you!

The bill you immediately but take over a month or more to ship. Took more than 3 weeks to even get any shipping information and even then it didn't even show any movement for another week I don't like their operation

I purchased them and then I read the reviews (backwards move I know). Then I attempted to cancel within the 24hours via writing and received an email saying it was too late to cancel. I wrote emails and told them I thought the site was a scam. They continued to write and apologize and said it was coming. I received notification from USPS stating that my delivery was on the way. Then I received a notice saying it was delivered but since no one was at home it was taken back to USPS. Now it's in my head that this is scam. I go to the post office the next day and low and behold my curtains are actually there. I get them home and they are amazing. This in all took about 5-6 days and I ordered on a Sunday. I'm so pleased. I ordered 4 panels but only needed three. I hope the curtains I select for the rest of the house are just as nice.

PS I ordered other curtains from another website because the reviews on this site were not favorable. I got both sets of curtains on the same day and I was displeased with the other set.

Very similar experience that happened to reviewers below is happening to me right now. Phone number doesn't work so I emailed twice within 24 hours to cancel, 3 days later I get en email back that my package has already been shipped awoth no return label to China so I should just give them as a gift to somebody. I'm going to look into how to report online businesses so hopefully kgorge will be removed from the internet

Presents to be decently priced. However, the customer service is very difficult and poor. Their service number is no longer in service and cannot be reached. You are only able to talk to them via email and they do not answer your questions and push you around in circles. To top it off I paid $200 for curtains that never arrived, I cannot get a refund and cannot connect with anyone at the company to talk refunds/returns.

Do not waste your time. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Buried deep in their policies is shady no return/exchange clause. Even though on their website it says exchange with in 30 days. When contacting the company it can only be via email. They offer pennies on the dollar for "refund"...$5 and a coupon on a $358 order of curtains. They also tell you to donate the curtains. They try to scare you high fees to ship back to their factory in China. Do not bother ordering from KGORGE.

Curtains are made of quality material and look very expensive but reasonably priced. Very fast delivery too!

I bought some blackout curtains for my room and they're perfect. I work nightshifts and was having a lot of problems to sleep in the mornin. These curtains really changed everything. The customer service is also very helpful and answer really fast. Will definetely buy again!

Extremely pleased. Curtains arrived on time and look absolutely gorgeous hung. Nice fabric and weight. The sample options mailed to us helped in the decision process. If you need complete darkness in a room, the 2-layer blackout curtains are one of the best we've ever tried for blocking light.
