They promise quality in their tarps but they sag terribly. They provide misinformation constantly. Don't trust this vendor as I have tried for many months to get it right with them and they have failed me consistently on size and quality of their product.

Stay away. They do not allow returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase! The customer service are incapable of resolving an issue. Customer Service on the telephone was nothing more than a live voice mail. They had no answers. They just said they would forward message. I hate the quality of my curtains. The looked cheap. It's not what I expected, so I can't use them. They are much too thin. Yet, I am unable to return them. I didn't realize this when I purchased. This company is shady. This is why you can't leave a review on Google. I will never purchase here again.

Same as the others who have posted. Phone number doesn't work so I did an online chat to find out where my "rush" order was. It was shipped from China after the chat! Their website says that they're based in California, where I live, and it is such a lie! Better Business Bureau next!

After waiting a week for the progress of my order. I got an alert that the order had shipped from China and would be delivered by Jan 10th, 2024. On Jan 8th, I received an alert saying that my order was out for delivery and delivered to Gilbert, AZ. My shipping address is Gretna, LA. I attempted to contact the company via a bad phone number and email. It's been 24 hours and my email hasn't been responded to. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Poor customer service!

I paid for expedited shipping to receive my order within 3-5 days. After 5 days I tried to call them to check on my order. No working phone number. I contacted them on Chat and was told that purchased items need to be handled via email. I emailed them and received a response a few days later. I put a claim on the payment via PayPal. The representative wanted me to release the claim (before I received my product). I received my curtains after 9 days and they were not the quality we had expected... they were too thin for outdoor curtains. For the past week, I have been trying to send them back. The representative asked me to keep the curtains for a discounted amount ($18 off the original price and an 18% off coupon). I told her I needed to have the approval to send the curtains back and that I could not use them. She told me that returns are difficult and costly and I should take the deal. She finally said that they would agree to the return but has yet to tell me where I should send the return. Furthermore, she cannot tell me how much the return fee will be because that is "determined by my local post office."

All of this companies products are from China and Cheaply made and after they messed up my order they refuse to give me a refund!

This rug is incredibly soft! The texture is velvety and I love the pattern of the modern gray. It makes a great mat for my child to play on and is really comfortable. It's not super thick, so it's easy to vacuum and will fit in the washing machine.

Ordered this to replace a small rug inside our front door. It looks great and I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and comfortable it is. My dog has taken to using it as his favorite resting spot any time we're at all close to the front of the house. It's a beautiful looking rug, feels high quality, and everyone in the family approves

The rug stays in place on my tile floor which was one of the most important thing I wanted. It feels soft to walk on, which was the other important issue for me. The Taupe color matches my countertop and shower curtain perfectly!

This rug is very soft and absorbent, perfect for when you get out of the shower. The pile is nice and even and doesn't pull or come unraveled. It's not a stiff type rug and is lightweight. You can easily throw it in the washer to clean. It holds it color after many washings.

I recently had my patio screened in but still needed my outdoor furniture protected from the rain. The area is an odd size so ordering off the shelf was not an option. I was so relieved to discover Kgorge and their made-to-order curtains. The material choices are outstanding and the workmanship fantastic. All this quality and very reasonable prices. Speedy delivery was amazing! I would order from them again and again.

We really love our Shade Sail for the patio. It was intended for shade as well as protection for oak mites from a neighboring oak tree. We like the color and shape. It was very easy to install in the small area we had to work with.

We've had ours up for several months now, and I am impressed with the quality. Not only does it provide shade from the Texas sun, but it also holds up to tornado alley winds.

Great product that is very well made. We live at the base of the Rockies and because we're right on the Front Range, we get constant and strong winds. Once the snow threat is over these go up and stay up all summer and handle the winds like a champ. Strongly recommend for the shade sail.

This sail shade offers great protection from the hot Texas sun. Our covered patio faces west, so summer afternoons and evenings can be unbearably hot when the setting sun shines directly into the patio area. I hung this shade vertically across the back of the patio. So far it's working well allowing us to enjoy more patio time with the family. Easy to hang and true to size. It also looks to be durable.

This is an awesome shade at a great price. Although I do take it down for the winter so I can get more sun light. It has stood up to Texas blazing sun and plenty of rain storms. As long as you get your measurements right this thing is amazing!

Ordered a sun sail 12X14 and got 11X13. Customer service is a misnomer as there is not any help at all.

This sun shade has helped to create extra outdoor living space for us to enjoy. It blocks the sun from directly shining on our main living room window which keeps the house cooler during triple digit summer heat. Rain drains through the fabric as advertised.

We live in Florida and spend a lot of time on our back porch. For added privacy and protection from the early morning sunshine my wife hung these in our enclosed screen porch and they look amazing. When closed they block out any light, no matter how strong.
