I just joined. The app does not work. It won't log meals. I contacted them and they are having IT issues. I will not be renewing. I'm still going to try to get a refund. Please don't waste your time on this.
They provide the services they claim to, but they bombard you with so many offers and emails that you might as well be talking to a used car salesman. In my case, the salesman and upsell tactics were such a turn off that I never even touched the product. They have an email system that tracks whether you have started using their product, so they know I haven't used the product too. But they refuse to give a refund. And they don't make this clear while you're making the purchase either.
So many intentional friction patterns sprinkled across the user experience to make you pay money as fast as possible, but never get your money back, or stop paying. Absolute disaster, stay away at all cost.
This is totally my fault….I went into this to see how the diet worked….it claimed it was a 28 day trial offer….and that at the end of the 28 days I would be charged if I wanted to continue….well….I went in right away and figured out that I didn't want to use a diet plan where they told me what to buy. So I started to look for the cancellation, I tried the support phone number and it was out of service, I had tried the customer service on their site and they never answered….so this morning we checked our visa on line and it had been added to our account to a place in Lithuania, over seas….we went and created a dispute against the charge with our bank, then called visa and cancelled my visa. It was for a years subscription at 102.00. When I finally got ahold of customer support, you are right no help at all and he said send me proff it was 28 free trial, so I searched and someplace in the system it is there….this is disgusting, this is a Canadian Site and people beware, I also seem to have connected to 2 sites and started getting emails from the 2nd one, at 1st I didn't realize which one was legit….they are con artists……

I got charged an auto renewal charge when k never signed up with them. I told them that I never signed up and I wanted a refund for the charge since I never used or will use the yearly subscription. They told me they would keep have of the payment they charge me. I told them no I want my full refund. I've never used your services or will use it and the hung up on me. When I call them they wouldn't answer my call. Scam artist or they have the worst customer
Do not fall for this. The plan is nothing really. They charge a lot and don't give you anything other than what you could get from a keto cookbook only it's less easy to use because you can only make substitutions day by day meal by meal if you can find what you want. More disturbing is that they are dishonest. Just read the reviews at Better Business Bureau. They won't provide promised refunds, and they misrepresent things.
I was thinking of trying keto, however when I saw it was a strict keto I realized it would not work in my life balance right now. I emailed 10 minutes after subscribing and they are now refusing to give me a refund.

The app and customer service is terrible. They refuse to refund, do not provide a custom diet plan and have limited scannable barcodes. Do not purchase this app. You will be disappointed and frustrated with the companies lack of customer service and ethics.
Paid for an app through GooglePlay.com in September for 3 months but did not get access to the app. I've called the customer service, and they claim they never got the payment. I've called Google play.com and they refuse to refund the payment even though I have shown them I do not have access to the app. No one is willing to help me so I am out of $30.91. I've had to follow the Better Business Bureau complaint against both of them. My advice is to stay away from this app, and, google play.com.
First, The app itself is dumb, full of information you can get anywhere on the net for free, so its a waste of money. Second, there is an automatic renewal clause, and you best do it before they recharge your credit card, or they will not give you a refund, even if you call on the renewal date, they are unwilling to help you. I downloaded the app recently but did not use it until yesterday. I felt the app is a waste of time there are only instructions. I was not happy and asked for a refund for which they declined as they said its non-refundable.
This is unfair because if the customer is not happy with the service the owner must refund. There are many customers like me who have lost money through this non-trustworthy company. Shame on the services. I lost 48£ unfortunately with out even using the app for a day.

This app is pretty easy to use and navigating it was a breeze when viewing my results for my personal and optimized plan! It was overall really run to get things get set up.
While this program might be fine for some it's just not for me. I purchased 6 months which was dumb on my end and after 5 weeks contacted and asked for a partial refund. Nope. If your program is that great you should stand behind it.

Please don't get sucked in. The app is basic as best. Meal plans are not personal just rotate through. Customer service is average at best, am still waiting for a response to issues I raised after their automated response advised would be 12 hours. Can't make changes to your exercise to allow the meal plans to update to allow for increased exercise. Just letting people know so they don't get sucked in to purchasing.
I was automatically signed up to another 6 month subscription. I didn't realise. And they refused to refund the money, despite me only using the app for one month in the first place. I wrote to them. But nothing. The app was ok. Just didn't suit our lifestyle. And I think it's not ok to continue the subscription without notification.
