This was my first shipping experience with you. I had read a lot of negative press but I was hopeful. This was repaid by exemplary service! Received my item in less than a week! You kept your promise! The interaction with the front office staff was extremely pleasant! Maureen was truly amazing. Here's to many more!

Can't recommend … Goods are supposed to take 10-14 business days but they take but they take more now 25 business days are over and they have not delivered … They will tell you that they have a problem with that shipment they are sorting it out … atleast they communicate when they have a problem not to tell you when you look for them
Terrible service, hidden fees, delays and damaged goods. Also must bribe to receive your package once it reaches Kenya.
Spam text and emails will never end, even after requesting and demanding the contact discontinues. Private information sold. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!
I have imported clothes twice in the last 2 months and Kentex delivered promptly. Now I always explore the online shopping from US Amazon, Walmart, eBay etc. Great service

Although i took the time to list all 5 of my tracking numbers on your website so my packages would be consolidated (as offered by kentex as one of the benefits of using them) in the warehouse in the states and sent to me in kenya i have so far received only 4 of my 5 packages in two different shipments. I was told yesterday that the remaining two were being couriered for me to collect this morning when i arrived to collect there was only 1 package so one is still missing. I have called the office multiple times today and have been left waiting on hold by the recorded answering service being told that a service rep will be with me shortly. Maybe the office is not open on Saturday for customers to rectify the problems you have caused but your phone service recording should inform us that not tell us to keep holding. I think your service sucks. My goods arrived at the warehouse in the states 25th & 26th april and i still have not received them all - the bulk still missing but have paid two separate courier charges and been to collect the packages two different times. All super inconvenient, super disorganized and i will never use you again. Dreadful. Your self promotion advertising is completely misleading. I. e. Lies

It is my second time to ship with Kentex. I got all my goods, no loss.
Just FYI.
1. Be patient- It will take a full month for you to receive your package. Purchase from amazon to westlands office.
2. Check the volumetric vs weight shipping cost. They will use whichever is higher. The 15usd/kg is not always applied ( I didnt knw ths and paid way above what I expected).
You will get your goods intact. Just dont be in a hurry.
The trackings system on their site worked for me. I knew when my package arrived and got an alert to collect.
Will reccommend.
I have shipped with kentex before but I have never lost anything until a few weeks ago. Once in a while I ship good to my parents in Kenya only this time for them to tell me that two items were missing. Why steal a clients goods? A brand new shirt was missing, a pair of American flag shorts were also missing. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. This is where my shipping with kentex ends. On top of that this shipping took longer. It was nice knowing yah! Next!
From prompt one on one communication to the patience of handling a customer to helping with last mile delivery, I recommend this service, since 2017!

I bought good in the USA through Kentex Cargo online purchase services via invoice No *******.
The estimated shipping charge was Ksh. 11,865/-. When the goods arrived, i was asked to pay Ksh, 24,312/- which is double the estimate given. I have complained but no one has even bothered to respond to me. BE CAREFUL WHEN SHIPPING WITH KENTEX. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

No one told me there are hidden charges until i ordered with them. According to my calculation i was supposed to pay $30 for a package but was given an invoice of $75. Another time I shipped some camera batteries. Upon receiving on their warehouse they emailed that they dont ship batteries so i told them to return to the seller. They never did. After 4 months of going back and forth i realize that i was being played. There are better companies, i hate their rude way of handling customers
To begin with, this is my 2nd review - so clearly I'm an idiot not have learned the 1st time.
The sequence of events:
20th February 2021: Bought Apple Extra Battery
24th February 2021: Delivered to Kentex US Warehouse. Not delivered since its a power bank
27th March 2021: Asked for it to be delivered to an alternate address in Texas
1st April 2021: Was sent an invoice for delivery to an alternate address
7th April 2021: Made payment and sent an email confirming payment and request for the item to be dispatched. No response to an email
17th April 2021: Sent reminder email. No response to an email
23rd April 2021: Sent reminder email. No response to an email
27th April 2021: When their contact - *******000 - the response I get, "the person at extension 1000 is unavailable, leave your message after the tone. When done hung or press the # key"
Next Steps: I guess I just have to go to Mitsumi Business Park, 4th Floor. 67, Muthithi Rd, Nairobi
Will never use. They charge an extra 5% on each good after arrival in Kenya. This was not communicated early and was a shocker as they called and stated that I should pay to get my goods. Worst experience.
First they tell you to get your order in by Dec 08 to be ensured you get your X mas order. You do that and they don't follow through and are not there to deal with you heartbroken Kids. Then you make an order for them to pick up. One month later you check in on your order because you know that they have been swamped. Only to have them tell you they did not make the payment on time and your order is now $100 more and if you want the product you have to pay even though they messed up! They also now charge you an extra fee to deliver your goods because them moved. Every expense is pushed onto the customer regardless if it is you fault or not. All they can give you is a pathetic "sorry" but you still have to cough up the funds! Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional!
Delivery is effective. A very trustworthy company. I'd recommend them to anyone. Customer service is good but there is room for improvement
This is the worst shipping company, shipped an item with them in early December 2020, it's mid January 2021 still havent received my goods. Upon visiting their Westlands office am told the items are in their Mombasa road office yet they called to inform me to pick up my items in Mombasa road, wasting my time and money and they have the audacity to tell me to get my items delivered via courier on my bill.
Save yourself the heartache and use other shipping companies
My experience with then was really bad. I sent them a package to deliver back in July, it's now end of September and it has not been delivered. They do not give you a way to track the package and ignore emails and questions you ask to try and find out what's going on. Stay away from these people. There are other high quality companies with integrity.
Answer: Yes. I've always used Savo Store, but they had temporarily stopped shipping so i thought to use Kentex but my experience has been horrible. They're also more expensive as i was charged $19/kg instead of $15 by savo store.
Answer: I have ordered twice, and got both parcels within a month.
