First they tell you to get your order in by Dec 08 to be ensured you get your X mas order. You do that and they don't follow through and are not there to deal with you heartbroken Kids. Then you make an order for them to pick up. One month later you check in on your order because you know that they have been swamped. Only to have them tell you they did not make the payment on time and your order is now $100 more and if you want the product you have to pay even though they messed up! They also now charge you an extra fee to deliver your goods because them moved. Every expense is pushed onto the customer regardless if it is you fault or not. All they can give you is a pathetic "sorry" but you still have to cough up the funds! Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional!
