Let this review serve as a public service announcement for anyone, especially those in the diaspora who value integrity, follow-through, and even the most basic standards of customer service. Kentex Cargo should not be in business. I say this as a tenured customer, someone who made the conscious choice to support a local, Kenyan-owned logistics company because I believe in community and economic empowerment. But there comes a time when enabling incompetence becomes complicity, and this is where I draw the line. Back in October 2024, I delivered a shipment that ended up being partially breached. That alone is a serious infraction, but what followed was an Olympic-level display of neglect: 56 days of silence, repeated broken promises, unacknowledged escalation requests, and laughable attempts at resolution. Fast forward to February 2025, after chasing email chains, standing unattended in their empty warehouse, and eventually yelling for assistance (yes, literally), I met Greg, the proprietor, who had never been informed of the ongoing issue. Rachel, the Kentex rep, had been offering hollow apologies and failed promises while never actually informing management. Greg himself offered a $150 credit as a gesture of goodwill. A credit which, of course, was never applied. And here we are, April 17th, 2025, 56 days later; and I've received nothing. No credit. No call. No acknowledgment. No dignity. Let me be crystal clear: this is not a one-off experience. This is a sustained, systemic failure. Their so-called customer portal? Useless. Their tracking updates? Nonexistent. Their escalation process? A fantasy. Their accountability? Laughable. Kentex Cargo has normalized silence, gaslighting, and hollow platitudes as a form of "customer service." This isn't just a rant, it's a warning. If this is how a loyal customer is treated, I shudder to imagine the experience for a first-timer. I strongly advise anyone reading this to reconsider placing your trust or your cargo in the hands of Kentex Cargo. There are other options—better ones, reliable ones, companies that don't require you to write a dissertation to get a response. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Kentex Cargo is a masterclass in how NOT to run a logistics company.

I ordered a pair of speakers that shipped individually packed but taped together so it was like a single box. It was shipped to Kenya in good time and I was kept in the loop on the progress but once it arrived in Nairobi the parcel was cut apart and I was billed for each box seperately. Not only was that unnecessary, they also overcharged me on both invoices, they are dishonest people screwing small change out of their clients. Never again!

Horrible service my packages haven't been delivered yet uncaring and zero apology from Greg and his reps in Nairobi's, avoid them during busy season. My family went to collect packages today but they were denied because of a tracking number which they never gave me, unacceptable and very poor service. Poor billing system not keeping their promise very uncaring company.

Kentex is the best overall when shipping stuff to Kenya. I had best experience and will use it again in the future.

Had a seamless 1st shipping experience with Kentex Cargo, for items that I purchased on Amazon. Their site is easy to use, and I was updated at each step from warehouse receipt, shipping to receipt in Kenya. Will definitely use them again!

Bought an item for $40, they attempted to use this shipping service so I had to pay $30 more for shipping. Then, I get a call and an email that says they want $150 for "insurance" and that they won't deliver my package. They are crooks, AVOID.
