First this USA Taexas based franchise phone number is constantly full of calls unanswered and you have to leave a message and then they dont return calls
Second if you do get them they tell customers to use their accounts to contact them but one cannot contact them through the account nor an email given
Third I was told that the cost is $15 per kilo and insurance extra. The only other costs if is Kentex picks up the parcel at your door. I sent my parcel to the company and now they have billed me for a $49.00 airfreight parcel a charge of $129.00 for handling which they never mentioned nor is on there web site which constitutes fraud in charges
Lastly the USA Kentex office does not take credit cards or allows people to send checks or payment by money order or bank check. They demand payment by bank wire transfer which costs customers money or by Mempasa a kenyan only payment system all within 2 days after invoice!
This is not kenya! This is the USA and payments are made by check bank check money order credit card payment. This company needs an investigation by the Better Business Bureau BBB and by the Texas State Attorneys office. They are charring people illegal fee of handling or other false charges!
I bought my very first item with Kentex Cargo just to test and gain personal experience of their procedures and the kind of services they offer, because I shall be importing items frequently. I paid in full upon order. And now at the time of delivery again I find I have another amount to pay. I will not be using Kentex Cargo again. I prefer to have all charges inclusive in the initial invoice so that I can decide if it's worth it to procure the item at all.
I got my stuff shipped to them in mid July and its now the end of august and they're saying it will take another 21 days. There's no way to track your shipment online, you have to keep writing emails and making phone calls. The customer care agents are rude too. I regret ever using them when my usual shipping company temporarily stopped shipping goods by air. Don't make the same mistake i did!
Do not use this company. Terrible service. I had goods delivered to their US address in early June. I still have not received them in late August. When they finally arrived I paid immediately via RTGS. We desperately needed the goods as it was branded packaging and we had run out of existing stocks in the long wait. Every call we made to this hopeless company including managers was rudely answered with the words that it is company policy that it takes them 3 to 4 days to confirm receipt of an RTGS even though an RTGS goes through in a matter of hours. We had to wait another week for the goods to be released. When I got so fed up with their attitude that I mentioned that I would no longer be a customer going forward despite having been a loyal client for a long while and recommended my friends I was told"no problem, we don't need you"
My advice is stay away from these guys. They don't deserve to be in business.
They have the best and timely shipping services. Dont look elsewhere for shipping services with kentex your shipping needs are well catered for.
Best cargo company. I use t to send and receive parcels form different countries. It is cost effective and reliable. My all time favorite.
Iu sed to use other shipping companies until i discovered kentexcargo. Very cost-effective and reliable. I use kentex to ship bulky goods internationally. Never disappoints.
Answer: Yes. I've always used Savo Store, but they had temporarily stopped shipping so i thought to use Kentex but my experience has been horrible. They're also more expensive as i was charged $19/kg instead of $15 by savo store.
