I ordered bundles last year from Kendra's Boutique in which I enjoyed the density and overall quality of the hair. The order that I received this time wasn't to my liking. The bundles were thinner and the texture was brittle.

Let me start by saying I have been ordering Kendra's hair for years! An I have recommended them so much as of today I will no longer send my money where it's not appreciated customer service is very rude and lacks professionalism.
Back in November, I ordered a package that was stolen off my porch I made a complaint to Kendra's customer service was not helpful and told me that sound like a personal problem. I took a leap of faith and ordered here from them again all to be told that my name is on a list now and any orders I make would have to be under review for one to seven business days before I could receive a tracking number Which is odd to me because I've been ordering here with them for years and I've never had this issue Mind you I paid $400 for Hair that I never received or was reimbursed for. Waited six days contacted customer service all to be told if my package hasn't shipped by now they're more than likely im not gonna get it and I could cancel my order mind you this is the second time I have order since my $400 package was stolen off my porch the next time I order was in MAY Package was delivered, and I had to sign for it Which was no problem because this is what should've been done in the first place back in November now we're in July & im ordering $645 hair And receive no tracking number and cannot get customer service to help me because apparently i am on a list for speaking up an saying I did not get a Package that I spent $400 on. So apparently, if there's a problem with you receiving your package, you are not allowed to speak up or you will be blacklisted from this company no matter how much money you spend with this company or how many years you Have been with them they do not value your money Or loyalty towards their product. It's very sad when you try to participate and support black own business and they remind you why not to …. Customer service is a joke and over the years the hair has gotten worse and worse bundles ARE THIN But as a customer who has been purchasing hair with them for years, you try to stay loyal. This is the last time that I will ever spend my money where it is not appreciated or valued. Please ladies spend your money with people who actually appreciate it or have customer Representatives that actually know how to articulate themselves outside of a hood manner when they're actually dealing with business. I definitely will use this experience to make others aware to not buy from this company Across my social media platforms that hold large amount of followers

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Kendra Boutique. As a long-time, loyal customer, I've consistently bought from them, but the quality has drastically declined. I recently bought tape-in extensions, and the quality is very poor. The hair is nappy, dry, and brittle, and the tape's glue doesn't stick. This is unacceptable, especially considering the high price. To make matters worse, I've emailed them three times with no response. It's clear that the hair is not raw, but a synthetic mix, and the overall quality is not what it used to be. I strongly advise against purchasing from this site, as you will likely be disappointed. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore, and their customer service is non-existent. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.

This wig sheds and tangled.i always buy her hair but never again. I paid $750 for this wig. And she doesn't offer a refund. They must have known because they included a 1 bundle of hair in my purchase. Please don't buy from this company!

I'll start by saying, Rarely do I write negative reviews. I have purchased Kendra's hair consistently for almost 5 years to the tune of approx. $500 per order.

Unfortunately the quality may be compromised.

I've always gotten follow up "thank you for your purchase" "please contact us if not 100% satisfied".

About a year ago, I had a closure that did not fare well and began to shed. I made note at that time w no response.

I absorbed that cost and continued to re order.

What prompts this review is that w my most recent purchase - 3 bundles and a closure, the hair had a weird smell but I washed and installed any way.

Attempted to contact w in days on the Kendra's site and by phone on multiple occasions.

As my closure has completely fallen a part a few weeks later, I thought I'd try the phone contact again.

I was amazed that I actually got thru. I was more amazed that the Manager on the line made absolutely no attempt or concession to address my concern or research the fact that I've spent thousands, as have many other clients In sure as the expensive product they sell is normally good quality.

I fear that the product is not what it used to be. Absolutely flabbergasted by the customer service approach.

If I ever order from them again, I can only hope for a better experience. For now, looking for a new supplier. All the best.

I purchased a 30 inch wig body wave. The wig that I received was like Afro curls nappy hair 30 inch so thin this hair is horrible. I wouldn't sell it to my worst enemy. I need a refund I need to exchange. I need real good quality air or I want my money back. Do not buy from this company, they put all their models in good hair consumers trash here. I paid $900 and got $60 worth oh hair in the picture that like 1hour after installed

I've been using Kendra's hair since 2012 every year the quality of the hair has become worse. Bundles are shedding and extremely thin. Lace fronts balding I don't even bother shopping with her anymore. The people that have gone to her through me express how much they hate their hair now. We are paying 500plus dollars only to be able to wear the hair 3 times, this hair should be lasting a year minimum - that hasn't happened since maybe 2018! Stop this lady from selling hair please!

My first hair from Kendra's boutique was pretty good. The second one I bought, however, is a mess. It sheds everywhere. I contacted the company, but I still don't have a response back.

The hair came really smelly. They sent me the hair that I did not order. I ordered loose curls. They sent me body wave. I wash the hair seven times and it still smells like corn chips. Also bleach some of the hair with a 20 developer it killed the hair. This is some of the worst hair I've ever bought and I don't recommend it whatsoever.

Fast shipping good quality hair no shedding no smell no issues with dying at all been getting her hair for years still love it

Lace closure was made with dark silky hair the way I like it. Fast delivery and good quality of hair

I've been buying from her since 2016. Her hair used to be top tier, thick from root to tip, no shedding (unless u cut the weft), no tangling, and would last YEARS. I still have old bundles from way back that looks better than the newer rubbish that she sells now. I didn't mind the price when the hair was good, but now the quality is terrible and she also increased prices. Her bundles used to be wider than my arm span and now its much shorter. She skimps on her bundles now and thought no one would notice. I do not recommend her hair ANYMORE! Once upon a time her hair company was in it's own lane! Now her hair is comparable to aliexpress.

Not only was the hair bundles small with barely any hair, this hair sheds everywhere! I purchased the curly after only 1 week it's matted, tangled up, dry and the worst quality of hair I've ever purchased! Never again! I tried to see for myself despite the reviews but they all proved to be right!

I recently purchased hair bundles from Kendra's Boutique, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The quality of the hair was absolutely abysmal, far below the advertised standards, and left me extremely dissatisfied.

The hair sheds excessively, tangles and does not hold curls. I was sold low quality hair at a high price.

Overall, my experience with the hair bundles purchased from Kendra's Boutique has been extremely disappointing. The poor quality and excessive shedding have left me regretting my decision to purchase from this store. I strongly advise that you look elsewhere for your hair bundle needs.

The best customer service ever! The shipping was fast & the quality, look, and feel of the hair is amazing! There's minimal shedding & it's very soft. I'm excited to make my next purchase.
