I wanted to place an order for a 30 inch FULL HD lace wig but bought the 40 inch FULL HD lace wig so you know it was well over $1k5. I sent a follow up message to confirm it is a full lace wig with no weft before I made the purchase (attached conversation). Received item and the wig had weft in the back contrary to advertisement. I followed via message again to let her know the hair she sent had weft. She has still not responded and instead as posting on her BUSINESS page "I dont have time for negativity, or anything weird". All wanted was for her to rectify the situation. This is my first time purchasing from here, I usually order from flawsrawsome but she was out sick that period and I really needed the hair. I have learned my lesson and never ever will i purchase from this store again! SCAM!

This wig is beautiful, the hair is gorgeous. The wig is full, is has two adjustable straps. You can wear the front up or down. Super nice wig

I bought 2 bundles and sent them directly to my hairstylist for a sew-in style she was doing for me. The hair was great quality and arrived super fast, no delays. I definitely will be ordering more for more volume.

I ordered from this company and paid for expedited shipping. Here it is a week later and my order was never received!

I paid for express shipping which takes 2-3 days. I received it in 5. She barely sent the hair out on a Thursday & then had nerve to answer the phone with an attitude and couldn't tell me where, why or when id received it. Once I got the bundles I had a whole bunch of knots/ sheading /split ends. The company really went down the drain over the years. I was better off Buying from the store.

I purchased 3 bundles on August 8 with express delivery 2-3 day. The hair didn't come until August 13th which was too late. I tried calling the number *******776 to try and return with out no answer. I returned to hair and got confirmation the it was received before the 7days mark that they have, but I'm yet to get my refund or the opportunity to speak with someone. I tried sending an email to the email address that I got but it's bounce back. It's Now sept 23 and yet to hear from Kendra beauty about my hair or my money.

My hair extensions colored beautifully! I am very happy with the quality of this hair- no shedding, no damage after color, and is full of movement! Thank you bunches Kendra! :)

Love this hair, the only hair I buy. Always get your money's worth and definitely can get more then one wear. The picture I uploaded is actually some older bundles I had from this company. I haven't installed the new bundles yet. Waiting for next month when I go on my trip

Item was neatly packaged and came sooner than expected. Loved the inside decoration and the hot comb was/is definitely is better than any one i've ever purchased since my hair journey

Loveeee Kendra boutique hair I've never had a problem with shipping nor delivery. The hair alone is so silky and soft it can definitely last up to a year or 3 with proper care.

I've been wearing raw Indian hair for over 13 yrs, my supplier started out in her house. Which she grew big and only do wholesale. I wanna say about 6 or 7 years ago I didn't know where to turn. Because I like to touch my hair when buying it. My sister said to me hey you hear about Kendra's. Because it's online I was like I'm good. She ordered the body wave and when I seen it I was impressed. So I went and order the same hair and I was very pleased. I had some hair in 2018 and had it in for a minute. I change my hair to curly hair for about a year. So when I was ready I ordered 3 bundles, my money was sent back to me. I called the store and customer service explain why it was refunded. That same day I ran into my old hair which was still in good shape. So I just ordered 1 bundle, I got it on time and again I was very pleased with the hair. My whole family wear Kendra's hair I just got one more of my niece to start wearing Kendra's hair. Now it's 5 if us, my twin, her daughter, my daughter and myself. I love supporting black own business, and to make even better it's a Black Woman.
