This is my second time buying hair from this company and I think overall it is a good product. I don't have a problem with the hair but what I found extremely frustrating with this second purchase is that I have yet to receive it. Not becuase of shipping issues but becuase someone decided that there needed to be a signature for it. I didn't request that becuase I never do for my packages so i can only assume that the company did. I can understand the reasoning behind it but in praticality it doesn't work. People have day jobs, we can't just sit at home waiting for Fed-Ex to arrive so we can sign for hair. The tracking number that is included with every shipment should be enough. I ordered my hair a week ago, I should have received it in plenty of time to get to the salon and get it done. I didn't so I had to buy new hair from my sytlist which makes the hair that I purchased from Kendra a waste of money. If this is a usual practice please stop doing it. If you are a customer ordering from them please just be aware, if you miss the driver you will be stuck playing duck duck, goose until you can catch them.
I love how it was pre-plucked which made me very easy for me. This is not my first purchase. Package always comes on time.

I have mixed feelings about Kendra's hair I have purchased 3 times. And each time I feel like her bundles are smaller than most other suppliers and across the band the hair is always choppy in all 3 times that I've purchased. Although the hair is good quality I feel like you don't get what you pay for… not sure if I will continue to purchase. I'm actually looking for another supplier as I type this… Kendra just doesn't do it for me… high price hair with quality that does not match the price point…

Kendra sold my dawg a bad 360 wig. I don't even know why she advertises it as a 360 wig. To be honest, it should be advertised as a 180 wig. The wig didn't fit for one. Secondly the wig was dirty when it came in. I saw the dirt and just couldn't believe it. I should've known it was dirty from the beginning because the package came torn. I just can't believe people buy this stuff. Horrible company. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.
After four days of NO RESPONSE! And after her birthday IG celebratory pics I guess she's now ready to try n be a business owner n respond. The person is clearly either young or just unaware of how tacky it is to respond to a customer by saying ' hun' and ' what you gonna do' LOL that let me know all I needed to know how the rest of my communication was going to go! As expected, I got no where and the uneducated person typing slowed down with responses! I understand you only want money not the problem, however problems sometimes causes you more money! It's best lil young person to understand that everybody not the same and some if us sue for fraudulent transactions! So HUN, What you NEED to do is either grow up, sober up and try I mean really try to be professional and assist your customers with respect. Because this is not cute at all it's really disgusting and very disrespectful to charge cat notes for hair but then give pork n bean customer service! I've bought this hair in pass from Kendra's Boutique in the straight style and had no complaints so I thought why not purchase again. This time I purchased the hair in loose wave and I am not satisfied the hair has a stinky foot smell to it. It's very tangly and the shedding is ridiculous.
I am disappointed I spent so much money and each bundle was pencil thin. I purchased loose wave and the bundles were closer to straight with a slight curve no waves. I had to go purchase an additional bundle from another hair supply store just to have enough hair for my wig smh.
