Quick delivery!

The ease of ordering online was great and the sink arrived within the expected time. I haven't opened the box yet as we are remodeling and the installer will not be here until tomorrow.n

Good Experience - Website was a little "wonky" during purchase process. You should give an estimated delivery date range when you purchase or follow-up via e-mail right after order. I had to call in to get the estimate.

Ordering process was easy. Shipping was quick. We haven't opened it all the way because we ordered it for contractor to install during bathroom remodel in August.

We bought a toilet which arrived in a million pieces, and ordered a shower door that we canceled before the order shipped. It's been almost two months and no refund yet. I have called them so many times, they keep putting me on long holds and promising me that the deposit has been made and that my money will be available within 24h, but it never comes! The service is HORRIBLE, this is a scam!

Overall a great experience and I would recommend. Product arrived with small damage but we took pictures and notified the vendor and replacement parts were delivered immediately.
