They was $300.00 cheaper then Lowe's save me some money
After I placed the order I only received one email confirming the order but was not sent an email showing the tracking or status for the order. After 2 weeks I decided to call and ask for an update and the customer service person was helpful but it looks like she had to push the order through to finally get it shipped. Other then that I am happy with the product.
Unit was checked it looks like very thing is order will be installing after thanksgiving Rich K

I called KB because I needed to find a needle in a haystack; you came through for me tremendously. I needed a specific faucet handle insert that appeared to be available only from the faucet manufacturer; the faucet manufacturer would not sell directly to me and none of the plumbing outlets I called did business with them. I called KB, explained my problem,the rep took the information, called the manufacturer, placed an order for me and less than a week later, I had my replacement inserts. Wow! Talk about service. Thank you to the helpful customer rep who took my call.
