I needed a toilet lever. I couldn't find the toto part on many sites and local plumbing shop said they only had a knockoff. Thank you I found it with KB. A bit expensive at $40 but I was happy to have the right authentic part. Delivery was quick. You got it off my to do list.

I love your selection, but had trouble finding some items and felt rushed to finish before my discount expired. As a result I put in the wrong shipping address. Customer service seemed ambivalent and unknowledgeable. They wanted to charge me a $260 charge to change the address, when UPS told me it would be a $30 charge. Thankfully UPS was able to handle all my needs when KBAuthority had no sense of urgency. They still overcharged me in tax and never corrected that even after I spoke to them and they said they would take care of it. Additionally, the prompt to be added to a mailing list every two minutes was annoying.

Bought a medicine cabinet for my bathroom from here. The site is amazing, everything is categorized properly and has zero bugs The cabinet that I purchased is quite spacious from inside and helps me to place all medicines and first aid kits safely away from the kids. Thank you so much for such a great product.

Ordering was easy and prompt. And I was surprised by an early delivery!
I received a vanity with a broken vanity top and have tried to get a partial credit to no avail. I have called and asked for management to call me back but they have not called after 3 attempts. I guess I should have read into the reviews further because it looks like this is common practice with their company. Horrible customer service and no responsibility for the damaged goods I received.

Very fast service. Packaging of the item was superb. Only thing that did not happened was we were not contacted prior to delivery nor did we have to sign. They just left it on the back porch. This was fine, but we had received prior emails form you indicating that delivery rep would be calling u to arrange a time to deliver and we would need to inspect to be sure no damage and sign for it. This did not happen. Fortunately the item was in perfect condition. WE were impressed with the packaging.
