Beware of delivery times when ordering from this site. They are a small business that does not have much in stock and orders your items from the manufacturer after the order is placed. You will wait 6-8 weeks.
Their return process is insane. Please dont buy anything from this site. They are just middlemen who sells third party products. If you want some problems for yourself then please go ahead and deal with them
Extremely poor service. Never again! Don't waste your time. Placed an order for 4 ticket holders; was charged an extra $10 for shipping; two weeks later, I am still yet to receive my items. No follow up emails from the company, nothing.
What on earth? Ordered one cheapo thing that I could not find anywhere else as a gift. Got sent to the fraud department, and I had to explain who this purchase was for? Baby, I have been buying things for decades. I should have told them it was none of their goddamn business, but I'm not quick enough. Can't believe they're such jerks to everyone!
Boy, wish I read their reviews before giving them my money. Shame on me! Terrible company to work with. Do yourself a favor and shop pretty much anywhere else. First, just because the website says it's in stock and will ship in 1-3 days. That's not accurate. It actually takes over a month to get the product. This not only happened once but it happened twice. I figured the first time was just a fluke. Nope. After my issue and reading the other reviews, apparently this how they do business. And don't bother needing to return something. I was charged $70 to return an item that was only $109. This company is horrific and if I could give them zero stars I would.
Sometimes reading can be helpful but in my case it's different after reading all the negative comments here I feel anxious that maybe my order will not come on time. I'm so thankful that it was delivered before our simple celebrations. I will order here again in the future. Thanks Katom!
We purchased a two oven-6 burner- 24 inch Giller. Both ovens pilots stop performing, ( $2700. 00I called for warranty repair and the service was outsourced to a repair shop in Northern Arkansas which never call to make a service appointment to repair our purchased appliance. I've made several calls to request warranty repairs and I temporarily closed my restaurant awaiting service. I've been closed from August 28,2021 until present because I cannot get professional service repairs to a product under warranty. I'm disappointed with the service repair dispatch. I'm loosing money and employees because we cannot serve our regular menu, which the oven is a big part of our menu preparation. Unhappy Customer!

This company has very poor customer service as well as several inefficiencies when meeting customer demands. I will suggest boycotting this company especially if there's need of urgent feedback or promp delivery.
Even though the reviews scared me about the return and calling back process I was already getting myself worked up on the call I was about to make. Luckily for me I got Sarah and she was a wonderful help and I hope to make future purchases from them again.
I ordered item which they advertised, the picture was on my order, but sent me another model, twice - separately (I ordered 2 of it) despite my complain after received first of it and the second one must been used, because removed from original manufacture packing and attached back by clear tape. Refused to send free shipping label for return and refund. I have contact customer service at least 5 times or more with no effect. Beware, I do not recommend this business to anyone at all, its loosing money only. Even one star is to much.
I ordered a 9 quart double boiler, when it arrived i learned the actual size of the inner pot that you cook in was less than 8 quarts. Very misleading advertising. They charged me a 25% restocking fee to return.
Ordered this product on December 1st and just called on December 14 to hear that "well the manufacturer was out so you may be getting it in another week or so". Would of been nice if Katom let us know, we could have made other arrangements. No place on this site to track orders either. Last order from us Katom!
First mistake was to find this place online. The "in stock" label was not correct and the "back order" label is two weeks behind it's date. The shipping charge is only an estimate where I was charged another $20 on top of it. Their emails are invoices which does not contain any tracking information. I ordered two tongs and they only had one in stock. The first shipment came two weeks after the order was placed. Now they can't "cancel" the cutting board or the missing tong because "it's tied to the product coming into the building." I never heard such BS in my life. The shipping department runs the place and they don't know what they are doing. Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing... STAY AWAY!
Never received record of product being shipped. Cancelled a few big items and never received credit. Two weeks later and several phone calls I have no idea where the order is. Cheaper prices but you get what you pay for. Not worth it!
I placed a small order online. Delivery was very prompt. But unfortunately I ordered the wrong size skillet. I called them immediately, expecting a smooth exchange. Wrong! After restocking fees and paying return postage, I was going to have 3 or 4 times the value of the item invested in this transaction. Don't be lured by low prices! Buyer beware!
Buyer be ware. If you have any issues with your order at all this Company's customer Service group terrible and it stems from the Company's overall policy of once you hit submit on your order cross your fingers because whatever happens after that is yours to deal with. The product arrived damaged and the customer service representative for return, for which there is only one so that should tell you about how much help you should plan to receive, basically sent the Company's shipping policy that states once they ship the product it's the Buyer's problem. This is not a company that you should want to do business with unless you feel the few dollars difference in price from other suppliers is worth the potential liability you may have if you have any issues. This place is awful will not refund or Honor their Policy bought a cotton candy machine piece of junk. Did not work at all. Customer Service is rude Unprofessional tried to speak with a Supervisor they Ignore you. Stay away from this place they just want your money rip off
I bought a steamer from them with a price of $1860, after I got it, yhere were there shelves missing. Moreover, after 2 days using. Its rusty on the diffuser tray... I can not return it, because I already used.

I highly recommend this company to anyone buying a Kitchenaid stand mixer.
I had wanted a Satin Copper one for a few years but the price was prohibitive.
Then I saw their special and it was significantly less than anyone else 's. I called a couple of times and was uniformly met with patience and competence by the staff. When I ordered the machine it came promptly to time and worked like a charm.
And yes, Virginia it did make perfect mashed potatoes just as the saleswoman said it would.
I purchased 6 blenders in July. They literally shipped them out one on top of their other and taped in the center, so i had 3 tracking numbers. Only 4 arrived, 2 taped together and 2 single ones with tape on the top. After 8 months of going back and forth about refunds/replacements, I was told they wont do anything for me because it shows they were delivered. Of course they show that bc the tracking label was only tapped to one blender box for each tracking label…it's only star due to have to pick something in order to submit
