This is a joke! Don't ever buy from this company. I should made a research first. Made from China, the griddle stinks with gooey sticky smell like glue with toxic oil on top and the plastic was sticking into it; I was trying to return the griddle. They make too many excuses not to return your money. They send you an email that does not have any attachment for the address and then you have to return the product within 15 days. There's not even attachment in the email. A bunch of scam bugs! I will make a good review if they will return my money and take care of my business.
Today I called into KaTom to purchase new equipment. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew Marsh. He went above and beyond! He listened to every piece of equipment I imagined in my head and then went and found them for me! He was very patient with me and knowledgeable. Thanks for All your Help it made my day and my purchasing experience!
Don't buy any thing from them they are big scam take 2 weeks to come when arrived half of thing was missing call them email them no return no refund no exchange
I had ordered an item which was I didn't want. I called and spoke to Ms. Parrott and she took care of everything and then called me and let me know it had been completed. This is the type of service that makes everyone feel special. Kuddos To Lyndsey!
Order over $2,500 worth of items for my restaurant, 3 weeks in advance wanting to make sure I got everything in before our grand opening date. They stated on their site 3-5 business day shipping. THEY LIED! To this date, I still have NOT YET received all the items I ordered, parts were damaged on one of the item looked used and refurbished. Their return policy makes it difficulty to return big equipment order, that they messed up, back to them. Cannot get a straight answer from them. I'm so pissed off with that company. They are a third party middle man ordering company. Stay AWAY FROM THEM.
Ordered cookware in January and still do not have all of the items. Multiple calls and multiple promises that it is being shipped. Still not here and cannot get tracking from the company despite them, charging me.
Ordered an ice maker with an estimated delivery at 7-10 days, showed up damaged in freight. After countless emails, and attempts to talk with someone (no one in charge will accept phone calls), I was ignored for days at a time only to find out it would need to be shipped back to the maufacturer, not Katom, and would not be able to get a refund until the manufacturer sent an Ok for credit. It took 60 days to get the refund, while I wait without an ice maker. It is an easy decision to never order from them again.
I already canceled my order prior to it shipping out.
And they still shipped out order. They took money and said if you wanna return item what till you get then you can return item. Then there will be a 20% Restocking. Fee. Please go with another company this company does nothing but take your money.
I wish I read these reviews before ordering my item from Ka Tom. I ordered 4 universal Tiki lamp clamps. The shipped items were not as ordered. Their delayed replies kept me from using my Tiki lamps as planned. And even then, they wanted me to send a picture of the clamps to verify my complaints before they can instruct me on the return procedures. Needless to say, I discontinued all communications with Ka Tom, and absorbed the loss.
I ordered a $400 utensil sterilizer to store service spoons and spatulas between service and they sent me a cereal dispenser. The shipping dept argued with the sales person and refused to believe that they made a mistake.
I sent countless pics of the box, shipping label and wrong product and it's been ore than 3 weeks and I still don't have a resolution or my part.

James Lowery did everything in his power to help me out. I was trying to get the tax taken off my invoice and he made several attempts to email me the tax form.
KaTom's Customer Service Rep took the time to help me find the right ice cream freezer for my vending trailer. I appreciate a quality customer service rep. I saw Ads at online and ordered 10 boxes disposable globe ($30.00 & $10.28 s&p) they shipped 1 box and 9 box will ship in 2-3 weeks but 4 weeks later they canceled my order
Without any notice or explain and refund only $27.00 I called but hold phone 10-15 minutes nobody answer it is not about money I opened case at Paypal But they don't do anything

I ordered a trash can in May and it is August and I am still trying to get the correct lid. Sarah Huffaker in returns is very unprofessional and doesn't respond to emails. I have spoken with charles, Leslie and Rachel and they all said something different and never did what they promised. Jamie in Returns has been the best so far. I finally received my RA so I can return the lid. Jamie looked up my account and said, 'What is she waiting on?" she said, I don't know, but you will have the RA in 5-10 minutes and I had it as she promised. Thanks Jamie you are the Best! I will never order from KaTom again and I will advise my family, friends and co-workers not to order! I ordered the correct lid from Amazon with no problems! I want my refund! This company needs to go out of business ASAP!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sell defective products and then when you try and get it replaced under warranty they charge you shipping all over again. The customer service representatives are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I asked to speak with a manager and she was even more rude. They refused to cover the shipping and handling for the replacement and when I asked if losing a customer was worth a shipping and handling refund she said she didn't care. I will never order from this company again. Oh and my soup kettle broke after 1 week. They have horrible products on top of everything else.
I ordered restaurant equipment in July & payed in full. Still did not receive my cheesemelter in November & decided to cancel this order. I have been fighting for my $2900 to be refunded for the last 4 months. Bought 20,000 in equipment I wish I would have given my business to another company who takes care of their customers. Never again!
I wanted to return a few items the day after they were received. They told me that this was a special order so no return. There was nothing special about the order. No clearance or anything like that. I was going to buy a bunch of other stuff, but I'm not going to do business with crooks.
I have been trying to get a refund on 2 waffle irons for over a month. The irons were out-of-box failures, and are under a 12 month warranty. Mindy has been unresponsive after initially saying she would have a returns person get in touch with me. Repeated calls to their main line - I get a person who quickly transfers me to a "supervisor", who never picks up - 1st time I called, 11 minutes and 17 seconds on hold - no response. 2nd call - 15 minutes, no response. STILL waiting to speak to anyone who will help. I will never do business with them again.
Do not go with this company they will take your money and run plus charge you 20 plus % re stocking fee
And you have too pay too get re shipped... even after you called right back the next day too cancel order they still shipped out order / taken your money
I ordered an item that was listed on the web site as "In Stock". When I did not get a shipping confirmation I called a week later and was informed the item was not in stock and would not ship for another 6-weeks. I as'ed why I was not contacted and was not provided an answer. After 6-weeks the item still did not ship and I again contacted Katom and was told it would be another 8-weeks. At this point I have asked for a refund and was informed this will take at least 7-days. Not only horrible customer service but truly bad peop"e,
