But I have to say that you didn't tell customers everything they need to know. Like the RAM, you only say it's 16G, but inside it's 2*8G, not 1*16G. If I want to enlarge it I have to buy 2*16G RAM instead of 1*16G. And I have to sell those 2*8G RAM to others.
For the fan problem, you don't design this computer so it's not your fault, and the design detail can be found in offical website, so it's also not your fault. But I still think that you didn't tell customers what they need to know. There is no detail of the internal design of this computer. No picture, no detailed enough text description. Though this can be found elsewhere, I think you still need to provide it.
