It's easy
The flowers were received two days late. Nobody was home when they were delivered (one day late) and they weren't left on the porch or with a neighbor. When the florist was called to see where the flowers were we were told to come pick them up, which we refused to do. Terrible customer service. Won't be buying again.
The flower bouquet I purchased was a gift for an office and was much appreciated by all at the receiving end who thought it spectacular!

The Flowers were for my Aunt who had stage 4 Cancer.
I realize that there has to be some room for variation but the flowers did not look like the arrangement that I ordered.
The Delivery was great but I was not pleased with my order.
The recipient said the succulents were "half dead and neglected", she was very disappointed in what she received and requested that we return them and get a refund. This was suppose to be the florist pick.

Thank you I received order perfectly however I upgraded to 80 dollar arrangement and was very disappointed. The arrangement was small and did not stay fresh for at least a week.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
