Have used justflowers.com on several occasions, and have been very satisfied until this last experience... item delivered was not what I had ordered... tried to get this straightened out, and was not satisfied with the results... was offered just a $10.00 off refund on my next purchase (something that is offered every time I have purchased (not a satisfactory result)... like I said, have used several times and have been very satisfied and continued to return... hesitant now to make a return purchase (will probably give another chance., but do expect to get what I ordered!)

Great choice and easy browsing
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my daughter and she received the flowers but no chocolates. I called Franco at just flowers and he said they would have to wait until the driver shows up an hour later. I left my contact info and never received a call back from anyone. I wonder how many other people have been ripped off and didn't notice. I will never use their service again. They are a middle man in the operation and you will never receive the name of the actual flower shop that ripped you off. Their message on the phone says that you can order online safely and secure. That's not true.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
