The flowers were delivered on time to the family we requested. They were absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality and service.
My first order of flowers were beautiful and delivered as promised. However it was later discovered the vase had a small leak. We reported the issue. Since the flowers were delivered on a Friday, they were not able to replace the flowers and vase until today, Wednesday. I was happy cause now we can enjoy the flowers a little longer.
I ordered an arrangement for an elderly lady I know. Since I am not in the same country, I have no option other then to order online. Sadly, this is one company I will never order from again.
The actual arrangement was nothing at all close the the picture, including the vase which I ordered a basket. If they didn't have enough flowers, or didn't have the basket, then someone should have reached out and asked if I want to proceed or cancel. Instead, what was delivered was embarrassing for me because I could have sent someone to the local supermarket and had a better arrangement. I asked for half my money back, which in my eyes was more then generous, but they will only give me 10 dollars, if I agree. I do not agree, and will be going to my bank to report the incident

The order for our Mother was 2 days late. It was specifically for a family tradition - delivery of flowers to out mother honoring our Father on Father's Day. The lack of service as promised violated our tradition. The $15 offer of a refund was a slap in the face. JustFlowers should have delivered as promised and, at a minimum, should have delivered AND refunded the cost of the order.
Amelia, we received your order on Saturday at 10:48 AM EDT and by that time, all of the local shops had closed up for the weekend. Sunday deliveries are not guaranteed.
Received on time but not the color flowers I ordered they received fall colors. I ordered purple &gold flowers. Nice size to flowers and have lasted.

I ordered very joyful cheery Mother's Day arrangement from their website. What was received was a bland grocery store arrangement that I would NEVER have paid $100 for. I understand that florists need to substitute but, according to their customer service, I don't think the florist even sees the picture. Bright yellow Gerbera daisies, Rich pink tulips, with dark purple fill flowers, some green flowers & THEN green fill with a colorful bow... doesn't translate to some yellow roses, some pale pink carnations & green stuff. Can't help the vase but DAMN IT, at LEAST put a bright bow! Well, at least I got refunded for the balloons they didn't bother with...
So far, all I get is a runaround about the substitution/availability. They ignore the part of the guarantee that says:

The overall shape, size, style, and color combinations." I actually read that as a company response to another unhappy customer on this site. I would like ANYONE to compare my 2 photos and tell me if that guarantee was satisfied...

Came to my rescue when another florist failed. Sorrowful time but blessed to be able to give beautiful arrangements.
The flowers were delivered within a few hrs of ordering and my friend said they were beautiful! I do wish that the company would have sent a picture to me beforehand and a timeframe of the delivery, so I hope they take it into consideration as a future practice!
Easy to order. Flower basket was perfect. Flowers arrived a little later expect but did arrive prior to the end of day. Wife was very pleased with the arrangements.

Received a text DAYS after an order was place saying the destination was too remote. This was a gift basket for a birth. Amazon and walmart delivers to the area, why cant a flower delivery? Extremely dissapointed. Wont use this website again.

What is purchased was not delivered, instead my friend received 6 roses and 5 carnations. I also purchased 1 baloon for a happy birthday and the box of chocolates for a total of $106.97. My friend did not get the balloon or chocolates. I would never recommend this florist or do business with. Ill go now on your web and do my raiting. If you are using third party for your orders you should use trusted source. Very bad experience.

I have used this company before and was very pleased. The problem this time was i ordered the flowers on friday may 9th reasurring that my daughter would recieve them by sun mothers day. That didnt happen. I got notifications daily saying sorry its undeliverable will try tomorrow. I tried calling only to get a busy signal for hours. I understand the high volume and things may be alittle late but 4 days past the delivery date? I even texted to find out why? Although the flowers were beautiful I feel it took way to long and by time she got it I felt like it was an after thought. Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
