Not happy

As I have said previously, you need to put it somewhere easy to see on your website that you are an American company. I live in Canada and was very surprised to see an additional $40 added to this order for the exchange rate. If I would have known I would have ordered from a Canadian company. Keep my business in my country! Not happy at all!

Kim, we do in fact state that we are an American company and that we charge in U.S. dollars. This is indicated both in the shopping cart and on your order receipts as well.

Never again

I will never order again from here. I placed an order for same day delivery on July 17,2024 and nothing was delivered. I called back on July 18,2024 and they said yes it will be delivered today by 6pm. At 630 pm I called back and this time they transferred me to someone different. The lady came on to inform me that the florist was requesting another $30. And she apologized for not getting to me sooner on this matter. Had they called me back to inform me of this I would have taken care of it. However since they knew about it and waited for me to call made me upset. So I cancelled my order. Someone should have reached out to me as soon as the florist made contact with them.

Jessica, some local florists have minimum dollar amounts for orders. We are committed to matching you with a local florist that can fill your order for your selected item's paid dollar-amount. However, there are rare occasions when the most cost-effective local florist's minimum exceeds the amount you paid for your selected item. We have since cancelled your order and issued you a full refund.

Frustrated customer

I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

We are sorry to hear your arrangement was not received, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our system shows the order was delivered, and the florist hasn't told us there was a problem with delivering your order. We must first verify the delivery status before beginning the cancellation/refund process. We will contact the florist ASAP, and will subsequently contact you with the resolution of your refund/cancellation request.

Not the flowers pictured.

I picked out an arrangement especially to send sympathy to my friend.
The arrangement sent was not the one pictured and I feel like it wasn't\
Worth the amount charged as it was a collection of a plain bouquest of
Flowers wen I ordered another type of arrangement. I had to order another sympathy
Bouquet 2 weeks later for anothe death in the family. I used a different flower service
And got just what I had seen when I ordered. If you can't deliver don't have us choose
From 6 pages of photos. I was not happy with this order at all. I felt like I was ripped off.
The other florist did a beautiful job and I will use them not yours in the future.

Delivery disappointment

The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday 10-19-2024. They were not delivered until Tuesday, 10-22-2024 after 3 phone calls.

Flowers were not delivered on promised date

I called customer service 4 times to find out why flowers were not delivered. Each time I called your representative said they should arrive on following date. The flowers were finally delivered on the 20th after I said I was canceling my order.

Not satisfied with order

I place an order on Saturday night after speaking with a representative that assured me that flowers where going to be delivered on Sunday for a funeral. It turned out flowers where delivered Monday around 5pm. I ordered a deluxe and received a standard one. I sent a complaints, after investigation they said that's all they could do and offered me a 7 dollar discount for my next order. Not interested in ordering ever again. Please add measurements to your order and pictures of how a deluxe might look like and not just say "we will add lots of more flowers to it"

Not reliable

We placed our order on a Tuesday for a Friday delivery. It wasn't until Friday afternoon that we found out it would cost us 25% more because of the florist they chose. Since we wanted our Aunt to receive these flowers they negotiated the additional price down to about 15% above what we paid. If they had contacted us earlier we would have cancelled the order and found a more reasonable offer. On top of this the flowers were not received on time! I would not recommend using this florist.

Missing a balloon
