First time purchaser here. I ordered a birthday bouquet with a balloon included and paid $4.99 for one extra birthday balloon which was not included. That was disappointing.
Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Prices were very reasonable. I liked the choices to upgrade

It was a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for delivery 6/22/24 and paid for the flowers and handling charges via credit card the flowers had not been received. I contacted Just Flowers and received an apology and was assured that the flowers would be delivered the next day 6/24/24. Early that morning I received an email asking for an additional handling charge of $15.00. I called and spoke to a supervisor. I informed the person of my terrible experience and that I would not pay the additional charge since I had already paid $17.99 for the handling service. Again an apology and the flowers were delivered eventually. I will not use Just Flowers ever again and I will inform anyone of my experience.

They were initially delivered to the wrong room (that may have been the hospital's fault?).
Then I received an email asking if I'd received the flowers (hello - I didn't send them to myself!).
Not a satisfactory experience.

I ordered flowers online to a hospital patient (relative) in another state. The order process seemed clunky so I called the customer service for JustFlowers. They told me the flowers were out for delivery by the florist and should be delivered later that day. End of story, except a week later I get a notice from JustFlowers on my email to confirm the delivery. Since the actual delivery was never confirmed, I tried to inquire online. But of course, I never received an order number and couldn't do the online inquiry. So, I called customer service and Jane looked it up and confirmed that delivery was made to the hospital.

I was a little disappointed that the arrangement didn't look like the picture online. It looked smaller and less full. I paid for premium flowers and even added roses to make it a large arrangement.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery as a result of their advertisement, even though I found their handling and delivery fee to be a bit high. Order was well in advance of their deadline for same day delivery. Hours later, too late for me to cancel and order from another place, I received an email that due to a delay it would be delivered on the next available day. No guarantee that it would be the next day and no offer of rebate or compensation of any kind. I contacted customer service and did not receive a response (as of today).

Ordered and received a gorgeous flower arrangement for my wife's birthday. Vase was overflowing with beautiful flowers and all buds opened.

Awful company. Only worried about their money. Ordered flowers 4 days in advance for a Saturday delivery, which never got delivered. After several calls and promises they finally reached out Tuesday (a week after I ordered the flowers) and told me they could deliver the flowers but I would have to pay another $30. I don't think that is how dissatisfied paying customers should be treated. Please be careful in using them or just don't use them.

AVOID. Pick anyone else! After offering me a delivery date for my order I was contacted the DAY OF DELIVERY to inform me they could not deliver due to a holiday (if that was the case that date should not have been offered). After rescheduling I was contacted on the NEW day of delivery to be informed that there would be an extra charge for delivery, would I just authorize it. Communication with these folks is slow and they are simply telling you what you want to hear rather than what the situation actually is. AVOID.

Hi just descibing my experience with the company.
It was misleading, I ordered the flowers which I paid for prior to delivery and then I was notified late that the flowers would not be arriving based on technical issues. Then the next day when I was asked if they could be delivered (Monday) I agreed and was charged an additional 15 or so dollars which I also agreed to. Which isn't a bad thing that's no problem but it's just that the costs weren't upfront and obvious and after the error on your end it would have been nice to have some form of compensation (extra flowers or a balloon or something would be nice) and I wish it was a bit more straightforward. As for the flower delivery it was lovely, and I thank you all but hope that the process is a bit smoother for future customers as this service is great, but the errors made it a bit rough. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. Received a message that evening that the flowers were NOT delivered, but would be delivered the following day (Mother's Day.) I called customer service. Expressed if the flowers were not going to be delivered on Mother's Day, I wanted to cancel order and I would have to figure out something else in a pinch. Was absolutely guaranteed delivery would be made on Mother's Day. Well guess what, they were not delivered - not even an attempt either day. I had no idea they were not delivered, as I do not live near my mom and had only talked to her in the morning. Finally got a notice on Monday that the delivery was again delayed, but by the time I saw the message they were already delivered - the day after Mother's Day. The entire process was inexcusable. If they had told me on Sat night they were unsure if flowers could be delivered, I would have cancelled the order. Instead, I was promised delivery would be made - even on a Sunday. Said they had their delivery people all lined up. When I spoke with the company, they would not accept ownership of the problem. Said it was my problem not theirs and offered a measly $15 credit on the order.

I ordered a couple of bouquets for my beloved ones back in the day and the delivery was in time. I had to puzzle over the choice as I hesitated about what flowers my mom and wife loved, but anyway I managed to get required info and issued an order here.
The quality of them... ha, quality of flowers, I mean, freshness. It's awesome, not going to lie. Bouquets stayed for a couple of weeks and only withered eventually.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
