Excellent service and delivery. I ordered on line the day before and it was delivered the next day. My sister in law said they are beautiful.
My sister celebrated her 70th birthday on October 10. On October 8, I used JustFlowers to send her an arrangement with Stargazer Lilies, a favorite flower. The arrangement included both blooms and buds, which means the flowers will be fresh and last longer. The website was easy and the flowers arrived on time. She was very touched.

They did deliver the flowers, at 6pm. A bit late in the day but still ok I suppose. Some of the sunflowers look wilted I'm guessing from the heat in general. The wife still was happy with them so it's a win
I was not notified when my gift was delivered. Then, I saw a picture of the floral basket sitting on her table. I paid for the largest upgrade, it did not match my expectations.

I placed my order online since calling and trying to place an order on the phone wasn't successful. After I placed the order I received an email and call that I owed another $12 and since Just Flowers authorized the extra expense on my behalf without consulting me I couldn't cancel the order and was forced to spend over what I had set aside for this purchase. I will never use Just Flowers again.
I wish I had received notification from you when the flowers were delivered. The arrangement was left at the front door. The family didn't use that door so they weren't found until later. If I had been notified at the time of delivery, I could have called the family to make sure they had found them.

I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.

We wanted to send a gift basket to a couple we have known for many years who celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. The basket was simply spectacular and delivery was right on time.
I have been a customer for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with this company.
Wanted to send my daughter some flowers for helping me move and some flowers for my new house. Place both orders on line. They could not verify the order so it was never delivered, although they were able to charge my credit card. I wanted the flowers to my daughter so I phoned and placed the order, again they could not verify the order, so they never delivered the order. Three times? This is just bad business. I was never away from my phone for several day and at no time did anyone contact me.
Stay away from these people.

The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. That's the best I have to say. The 'bouquet' was miniscule! For the price [over $61.00], I am extremely disappointed and frankly, was embarrassed! I knew it wouldn't be the biggest but I ordered middle of the road size [$49.99] and was extremely frustrated when I saw it. They said the number of roses, etcetera but did NOT say how tiny they would be! I will NOT order from them again as this is the SECOND time I [and the recipient] were totally underwhelmed. Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
