Great--I wasn't sure if the flowers were delivered, so I contacted customer service. They were able to confirm delivery --just as my phone was ringing with a thank you call. I was told the arrangement was beautiful!

I ordered purple flowers with butterfly sticks pins for my mother, which were her favorite. The company called to ask if ok to ship order a day later so they could provide what I ordered. The order received was fall colors, gold,yellow and orange not what I ordered. I did not contact the company because my mother passed away the next day. So I will not be recommending this company.

The person absolutely loved them, the vase wasn't the same as the one it showed online, but still nice. You did her wedding flowers, and in the upgrade, you used the same bronzed roses. She was delighted. She had just lost her best companion of 15 years, her beloved dog, so it really meant alot to her.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
