12/12/14 My daughter in law loved the flowers. She was very happy with them and with me. The only problem I found was that the message on the card was not written word-for-word the words I had requested to be on the card. It was in some form a "paraphrase" and to me that was unsatisfactory b/c I used biblical inferences. The flowers were beautiful though I would use this web site again and I would recommend it to others.
The experience was great my family showed me the flowers my sick aunt received, I am very happy with the service as I live in England, apart from the hitch if trying to find my aunt in hospital your company did a fantastic job to get the flowers to her when requested an I would use your company again

The process of ordering was very easy! I was told that the product I ordered (a fruit basket for my father-in-law) was tastefully prepared.
It would be perfect if you can send photos of the flower (with greeting card, if any) to customers for record before sending out to receivers. This time, and even last time, I had to contact your Customer service and request for a confirmation of delivery after delivery date.
I had paid for express delivery (within a 4 hour window) and it took almost 10 hours for the product to be delivered. I also ended up spending almost a half hour on the phone with customer service just to get the express delivery charge back.
A very poor delivery performance compared with promised delivery!
The note that was submitted with the flowers could not be read and missing balloons
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
