The flowers were hideous (ugliest arrangement I have ever received/purchased). They weren't delivered on time and I paid the rush fee. When they called to confirm, I could barely understand them. I called through the website, which is different than the florist, and they had no idea that there was an issue, so they couldn't help me get in contact with the correct florist. The lady at the Baldwin Park flower shop was horribly rude. I WISH I knew the name of the flower shop...I would rip them up on Yelp. Also, the card was hand-written, in which they made SO MANY typos from my typed out response. The message looked like a 4 year old wrote it...THIS WAS AN AGGRAVATING AND APPALLING EXPERIENCE, and it's 2 months later, and I am still FUMING.
I was mortified at the final product I sent to someone else.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
