The flowers that I ordered were for my new granddaughters birth. The flowers were skimpy, wilted, and not at all what I ordered. I paid extra to have a bear sent with the flowers, and a tiny monkey with "jungle love" written on it arrived, along with a note that said "love Mom and Dad". My husband has been dead for 14 years. That was insulting, and mean to my son. It was very all done on the computer, so whoever filled the order was not someone that I would want working for me. And to top it all off the order cost $97.00!
I got no satisfaction when I called.
I will never order from you again, and have made sure that all my friends know how disappointing my whole experience with your company was.

Flowers were not delivered on the scheduled day and we're ordered 2 weeks in advance. Customer service did not call me back by 12 the next day so I had to call them again. I think they are on the west coast which was part of the problem. Would not use them again.

Flowers were in a basket, but they were only front facing there were only flowers on one side of the basket. When I notified customer service they assured me they were going to replace the flowers. It took over a week to replace them.

Website is well-organized and easy to navigate. Comparative prices with other delivery services, and a very wide selection of products to choose from. I found it to be a minor inconvenience that alcohol was not allowed to be shipped in MT.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
