When they contacted me the day AFTER promised delivery date to tell me the flowers would be delivered that day, I told them to cancel. I was told "no problem," but then got another call from them telling me they had already been delivered. They then said they would have to go back to the recipient and take the flowers from them if I didn't want to pay for them! I would never trust them again.

It is always a bit scary to order flowers online. You can only hope they will match the photograph and convey your sincere feelings and love to the people who receive them--especially in times of sympathy. Flowers were not delivered as I requested, and I had to call to insure the flowers would be delivered on the 30th or 31st. Our aunt is terminally ill, and this will be her last birthday with us, and it was important that she receive the flowers by her birthday.

At the end of the sale/service I ended up getting my money back and someone from your business contacted the recipient and let them know, it was an error on your part that they did not receive the flowers and that I had tried to send them an acknowledgement to their grief. For this, I am thankful but I would have much more preferred they had received the flowers I tried to send.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
