It is always iffy to have plants or flowers delivered that one hasn't seen from a business one hasn't dealt with before. I was sent a picture of the plant and was extremely pleased with the plant and the service, and the convenience of providing a gift from miles away.
My flowers were delivered a day late and I was very disappointed with the size and looks of the arrangement considering the price I paid for it. I happen to be at the person's house when they were delivered and when I saw them, I was kicking myself in the butt that I hadn't just gone to a florist and picked an arrangement up and delivered them myself for the price I paid, since they were delivered a day late. I don't normally complain, and I hadn't, but since it's the end of April and these flowers were delivered on March 1st. And you are just now asking about my experience, I thought i would give you my opinion!
The website was terrific the only feed back i would give is that i didnt have a phone number for the recipient of the flowers so I had to put my own number in and we are in Australia. I don't think this should be a compulsory field. Thank you

I was very dissatisfied. The order did not resemble the picture. The item I received was overpriced.
The flowers received looked like they were stuffed into a vase. The selection of flowers looked nothing like the picture. They died within days. I didn't have a good experience with the web site either. It wouldn't take my credit card at first. After three attempts it was accepted. I received a call the next day telling me that my credit card didn't go through and they wanted a number to charge to. I explained that I have a confirmation number and I would not give them another credit card. After a few minutes of waiting for the customer service rep to get back to me, she apologized and told me that my flowers would be delivered on time as promised. Well...they must have been a hurry as the flowers were awful.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
