The "Chat" person never came up to ask questions. I was asking why it was asking for order #2 and kept telling me to fill in the name, address which I already had done.

I ordered flowers on website on 4/26/15 a sympathy arrangement was to be delivered on 4/27/15 I paid the extre 4.99 fee to be delivered early morning by 1pm called 4/27/15 to see if they were delivered said they couldn't had no blue flowers willed liver on Tue 4/28/15 called again couldn't deliver couldn't find location what a joke this company wanted to deliver net day 4/29/15 told them to forget it and to refund my money lost a eighty six dollar order please go somewhere else to order your flowers.
The day after delivery, the flowers were wilted. My mother- in - law contacted the company,who assumed she may have miss handled the care of the flowers. They were replaced, but I will not recommend this company in the future.
Overall, I was very satisfied with your service, the quality of the merchandise and the delivery but was concerned that I had to call and notify your company that the flowers had not been delivered. Only then was the florist contacted and the flowers delivered, albeit late. I am still not sure they would have been delivered at all if I had not called to verify delivery and receipt? That somewhat spoiled the surprise of the flowers. I am aware that the remoteness from your company to the actual florist and control of deliveries could be a problem that is beyond your control, therefore, I hold the local florist to be more responsible for the missed or late delivery. The order was placed, the arrangement was correct and the cost was reasonable.
This was great, what I needed and when I needed it delivered. I'm sure the recipient was pleased.

My ordering experience was just right. Then I got a call from the florist that would deliver the flowers. They asked me to change what I ordered and offered something I did not want. Because I didn't agree to what he wanted to substitute the flowers with, the flowers were delayed over a day. When the flowers finally arrive, they were very beautiful and the person I sent them to has loved them. Many people have asked her what that flower was and since it was not something people there were familiar with, they really liked it. The last time I talked with my friend the flower was still blooming. So, in the end I was happy. But I didn't appreciate being asked to send a substitute.
The website is sometime a bit touchy and the chat does not seem to respond back. Last time my delivery was over a week late so giving you another chance to get it right...so we will see.

I have tried twice to use this company to deliver flowers to two different funerals almost a year apart. Both times the company called me THE DAY OF THE FUNERAL, AFTER THE FUNERAL HAD STARTED OR WAS OVER, and "apologized" that they were unable to make the delivery. Their "network" of florists was unable to deliver for them, and they told me they knew this the day before the funeral. UNACCEPTABLE! People only die ONE TIME, there is no second chance to get this right. They then offered to deliver them TWO DAYS LATER so the family could still see them, making it look like an afterthought. NO, NO, NO! I'm ashamed of myself for trying them a second time, and the family of a 19 year old boy who died will never know that even though we couldn't attend the funeral, we tried to send flowers. What can you tell a family? "We tried to send flowers but the flower company messed up the order." If you can't deliver flowers when people need you to, GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS! I give you negative 5 stars!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
