The order was not delivered on time. When I called customer service the day after, they told me that the order had been delivered and signed for...without really looking. When I told her that it had not and asked who the signer was, she then actually looked into it further and discovered that the order had not been received at the local florist and was not filled.
They did deliver the day after my mother's birthday at the very end of the day. I had paid extra for the delivery. They told me they would waive that...as they should. No other compensation was offered to me for the error.

The item I ordered (fern) wasn't available and had to be substituted with something else (peace lily). Other than that, everything was fine.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
