It's too expensive. I try to be frugal and order the prettiest for the least, but by the time the handling and shipping fees, it always shocks me. I mean 3 yellow roses and I'm paying $45.! Really?
On line chat was more than frustrating
Even though I placed the order 3 days in advance, I was contacted on the afternoon of delivery date by Justflowerrs.com, that the vendor would not be able to provide the arrangement at the price quoted by Justflowers.com. If I wanted to proceed, it would cost an additional $30 on top of the $50 I had already paid. For that much I could have just gone with a local florist in the first place and had a more timely delivery. I did not appreciate being put in this position at such late notice. In addition, although the flowers were very nice and the recipient was very pleased, they were nothing close to what I had chosen online.

I ordered because the website said they could delivery flowers on the same day in Lexington, MA. I placed an order for flowers to be sent to my granddaughter. I was afterward called and told they would deliver the following day but couldn't that day and they would give me a discount because of the delay. I was again called and told they could not deliver on the second arrange day but would deliver as soon as they could. My granddaughter received her flowers 3 or 4 days after her birthday.
The website and customer service people should not offer a delivery date they can not make. I was extremely disappointed.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
