I purchased flowers from justflowers.com as they advertised they could deliver flowers on Mother's Day. In comparing prices, these flowers were approx $20 more for the equivalent from FTD, but FTD could deliver on Mother's Day. I opted to accept the addition (overpriced) amount as the goal was delivery for Sunday. Much to my disliking, the flowers were not delivered as advertised and showed up on Monday after around 3 PM. After calling and speaking with customer service, the best they would do was to credit me back $10. This is POOR customer support. In my opinion, I am out an additional $10+ (taxes) for going with justflowers.com. The next time I should stick with FTD and accept the dates they advertise are true unlike justflowers.com. Thanks for lettig me share my experience.
Always order from your company. Just wish you could have something a little smaller in the way of sweets for us older people...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They lie to you and screw you around. Three different people guaranteed me same day delivery. Then they said they couldn't contact the flower shops which was obviously a lie because later on they told me that they had called and couldn't have it delivered today. I talked to seven different people before i finally was able to cancel my order of 103 dollars. Not to mention when i placed the order the first lady told me it was only going to be 80+ tax. Then they charged a huge service fee. They first told me that they could offer me 5 dollars back but would proceed with the order, then after i threatened to call my bank and dispute it they said ok we can give you 7 dollars back. This place is a JOKE. I buy online all the time and this is the worst experience i have ever had. I proceeded to dispute it with my bank and then decided to still try and cancel through them. When i finally got the manager on the phone she still wouldn't listen and kept offering me credit on my next order... Do the really think i would ever order through them again after this. After seven hours on the phone i finally canceled the order so now i will wait and see if it goes through..
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
