I usually don't write reviews, but I had the worst experience with this company, I feel I need to share the experience. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law. They arrived 4 days late. Not only were they late, my mother-in-law sent me a photo of the $60 arranegement, which was filled with cheap carnations and green foliage, nothing like the gorgeous bouquet I bought online. She informed me that they were delivered from a local grocery store! I contacted Just Flowers both via email and phone. When I finally heard back, they had me send them the photo and offered me $10 for the trouble. No apology. Horrible all around. Don't bother.

Soooo much more reasonable in price then a lot of the other sites! Will see how nice the flowers are when she get's them.

It was fine, just a bit confusing at the end. (Referring to ordering) These flowers were for a friend's 101st birthday, and she described them to me and said they were absolutely beautiful. Her birthday was March 17th, and the flowers were delivered the day before that, the day I ordered them, so I was very pleased with the delivery time.
Below is the response I sent in March. The only dissatisfaction I have - I was not informed when the arrangement was delivered or how the arrangement looked. I really do hope it was as beautiful as pictured online.

Don't bother using this business. I ordered my mother flowers, (with flowers added, which was an option) 5 balloons with one foil balloon saying 'Happy Mothers Day', and a large box of chocolates. I wanted this gift to be big and spared no expense. She only received the flowers. I was very disappointed and services out to make this right. You can't even talk to these people unless you have your 7 digit order number and since they don't receipt you an itemized list, I had to finally get the number from my mom. I already gave them my name, her name, and her address on a complaint option twice when unsubscribing to their email list. After my 4th attempt to contact them, using their 7 digit number, I had a lady I could barely understand call and tell me that I didn't order the stuff that I said I did. I'm sorry, I'm not computer illiterate and I took my time making this order. It must be really easy to say 'No you didn't order that' when, like I said before, there is no receipt or itemized list. You know it must be a bad business when you go in with your 7 digit number and the section for why your trying to check has a drop down with 'Order was missing...' and had everything they could've left off. After the lady told me that I didn't order what I DID order I realized where this was gonna go, so I just hung up. Don't use this business. Keep it local.
It was easy to order, however, the flowers got there a few days late because the florist didn't have the flowers or something like that.
Variety of choices was plentiful and process of ordering was very easy. The flowers were delivered on time with no issues and they were beautiful.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
