I was very disappointed that on the day my flowers were suppose to be delivered that I received a call from justflowers saying they couldn't find a flower shop to deliver my flowers to the address I requested. They then said they could do it if I paid 15 dollars more! I was upset so they reduced it to 10 dollars more. I told them if I had known that when I ordered the flowers I would have canceled and gone somewhere else but since it was already the day I needed them I didn't have a choice! I will never order flowers through them again.

I placed an order to your company via the Internet. Your company outsourced the order to a flower shop in Forest City AR ~ where the funeral was that the flowers were to go. However, your company did not speak to the flower shop for confirmation of the order/delivery and that particular flower shop was closed the day of the service (as it was their family member being honored at the funeral home). I called your 800 # when I discovered my flowers never made it to the funeral. The flower order was then re-routed to another flower shop but would not be delivered until the next day. My advice to you is have some sort of confirmation (a fax, email, text) from the company you outsource your orders to. Otherwise, you will not know the flower order is not being fulfilled until you get a call from a disappointed and potentially angry customer.

I ordered the Enchantment Bouquet on-line for a guaranteed Saturday delivery for a Grande Opening of a friend's store. By Tuesday, they still hadn't delivered. (glad it wasn't a wedding or funeral!) They offered TONS of excuses and said the delivery was in-route and that they could call the recipient and apologize. REALLY!?!?!
When I say a picture of the arrangement, it was a pretty paltry bunch of flowers. I was very disappointed. I spoke to the "Manager" who kept apologizing with a muffled, foreign accent. I requested a refund several times. She insisted the flowers were delivered on Tuesday. I could tell I was getting no where.
Teleflora or ANYONE or NOTHING is better than JustFlowers.
This order was for a very special occasion - my best friend's 60th birthday - and I was very specific on delivery instructions so that she received the flowers ON her birthday - not complicated.
That did not happen.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
