I like that you have such a wide variety--maybe even too many flowers--to choose from. On the day of delivery I got a phone call telling me that if i wanted them delivered I would have to pay an additional $15, which I thought was a horrible thing to do. If I had known this beforehand I would have bought from elsewhere. The good thing was that the flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very happy with them. For THAT reason, I might buy from you again, but if I get a late call telling me i have to pay more money for delivery again, I will be very unhappy and never use you again.

For a product that cost me close to $100.00 there was no comparison to the quality from 800 flowers or Costco in the $70.00 range

I am currently in the Philippines. I ordered flowers for a friend who had lost her husband. They were ordered on MY Thursday evening, U.S. Thursday morning, to be delivered on U.S. Friday. On my Sat. Evening, US Sat. Morning, I received an email that the flower I had ordered was not available. I had to choose another. By the time everything was sorted out, the flower arrived US MONDAY NIGHT.

Flowers were ordered 2 days ahead of time and I received a call the day they were supposed to be delivered saying because of the holiday they would not be delivered until Tuesday. 2 days later and 2 days after my friends birthday. I was not happy with this service! All other times I have ordered they have been great.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
