The flowers were first class. The delivery was on time, as expected.
The cost, however, was more than I expected.
I would suggest that the customer be informed of the total cost, including taxes, and delivery ( in Canadian dollars if applicable), when placing their order.

11/16/2015 OK so I still agree with the above statement. The site was well created and moved quickly. My problem came with the delivery system. The order was suposed to be delivered on September 17 for a birthday surprize. It was not. No message was sent to me as to why. I called that evening and was told they couldn't find a florist in the area to deliver it. Duh. First of all, I was led to your site through the keyword "florists that deliver to ashburn, VA" Your site said it would find a florist. When I ordered on the 15, I was aware it was too late to be delivered on September 16. They were delivered by 6pm on the 17. They looked ok. They did not seem to be as big as the choice I made and the picture. Mostly, though, I was not contacted at all about the inability to find or deliver the flowers on the chosen day. That would have been a courtesy. I had to call you. Thus, I do not believe I will be recommending your site or using it again. But I do hope that you resolve this problem. Had I been contacted by either text, email or phone, IO would gladly be using this site again. But to not have any notification...Hopefully, you will resolve this issue. Maybe then, depending upon your response, will I be willing to try you again. Take care. Just a glitch I'm sure. I know mistakes are made. Just hopefully, you can resolve this for future problems.

The flowers were very nice and what I ordered.
The flowers I ordered WERE NOT the same as the ones delivered. They were half dead and of poor quality. I was extremely sad and disappointed and I will never use you again :((

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
