My husband sent me some flowers from "JustFlowers" after I received a much deserved promotion at work. I knew they were coming, because the stupid company called me and asked where my office was located. 3 hours later they showed up. I had looked at our joint bank account earlier, and saw that he spent $46, so I'm thinking, "Okay, this should be a decent bouquet of flowers... NOT! It was about 4-5 very small carnations, and some tiger lily's, a twig of greenery & a pink bow! SERIOUSLY? He could've gotten a better arrangement at 7-Eleven, for $5! I'm calling the company to complain about it, but probably won't get anywhere with that! I will NEVER use this company again, and my husband said from now on he'll go to Trader Joes, or anywhere else, buy me some nice flowers & deliver them himself! Totally a waste of money! The only reason they received 1 star, is because this site made me chose a star rating!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
